For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  1. I HATE HATE HATE ADOBE ACROBATE ONLINE...IT SUCKS AND IS IMPOSSIBLE TO OPERATE. I HAVE USED ADOBE FOR YEARS. YEARS! AND I HAVE NEVER NOT BEEN ABLE TO EDIT A DOCUMENT OR PULL IT FROM MY DESKTOP.   3. This new adobe online version is terrible!!!! Doesn't work. Laggy. Awful! It was fine before. If it doesn't improve/revert. We are moving to docusign.

  5. This is bogus. I have to keep coming back into the editor to change my pdfs because the font will change after a period of time and be wrongly formatted/unreadable. This is wild that I am paying for this service, from a company who seemingly has it together. Not to mention, this is being used for resumes, so it is INCREDIBLY frustrating to think I am sending around unreadable resumes in a time like this. PLEASE FIX YOUR APP AND ILL DO A CASE STUDY, SURVEY, ANYTHING.

  8. The new format for adobesign is sooooooooo bad! Super convoluted compared to what it was. When enter the email addresses, it wipes out the info from a form I just filled in. The only way I can do it is through the web vs the app, and the fields seem to be limited there. Please revert back. Why do so many people 'fix' what wasn't broken??

    • Where exactly in the process you are having issues
    • The fields that are limited and you need 
    • Anything else that you consider helpful to us

    Also, you should be able to change to the old version if you go to your Profile > Settings > E-signing settings > Uncheck use the latest version > Save

  9. I will be dropping Adobe Pro as soon as I finish the class I'm taking at UCLA. Your product is entirely user unfriendly. I am trying to do very simple edits on a script. Like strike text and add comments. EVERY SINGLE TIME I had to go up to the search function and type in STRIKE TEXT and ADD COMMENT. These very basic tools needed to edit were not readily available. I spent about 45 minutes just trying to figure it out and decided it wasn't worth the effort so I kept having to type in the search menu. WHY?…

    Thank you for your feedback. We apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced while using Acrobat Web.

    On Acrobat Web, you can highlight, underline, or strikethrough text by using the Quick Tools options. In the top right corner, you can select the highlight, underline, or strikethrough tool and then choose any text to apply the desired formatting.

    Additionally, whenever you select any text within the document, a context menu will appear. This context menu will provide an option to highlight, underline, or strikethrough the selected text.

    I have included a video with this message to assist you in understanding the workflow better.

  10. when ever i try typing it sets the font to Adobe Pi Std even though i change it to the font i wont. it switches back for some reason. and is really really annoying
