I have signed up to a 4 licences corporate plan, the e-sign isn't available, which has caused loads of extra work, I have been talking to a virtual assistant for OVER 3 HOURS and the problem isn't resolved yet
it is unbelievable that it takes so long to solve something that suppose to be included in the license. Aren't the virtual assistants trained or is a learning on the job kind of training?1 vote
The new website and format are extremely hard to use. The previous version walked the user through the process of fill and sign with next and complete buttons. This version does not and to be honest is difficult to navigate. I would like to see the site reverted back to the way it was. The red and black color scheme is nice.1 vote

I bought the Adobe sign package for a year & i have not been able to use it ever since.
I tried adding my sign & tried adding a doc for sign & all i see for hours is a loading sign.
there is no live chat else any other user friendly & easy way of contacting somebody to fix the issue.
my money is wasted & i am using alternate methods to sign my documents.2 votes

Sean confirmed that the issue is no longer seen after deleting and re-uploading the document.

I just had a very bad experience with one of your support people - Felicity. She was never rude or impolite but the experience was horrible. Once we screen shared and she had control of my machine, it appeared she was just 'fiddling' and 'guessing' about how to accomplish what I was asking. She also gave no warning when she took over control and didn't allow me to type in the chat. I am a brand new user and have faith that your product will be good for us, but my first help experience was not good. I think Felicity needs more training on etiquette and effectiveness.
p.s. since i'm not technically a paid user yet, i cannot access your phone help line, which is also frustrating in this instance.

i just sent a sig request from this account but strangely the tracking email is showing as from Atlantic container line

More than half of the PDF files I try to load return an error reading, unsupported format. Yet they open in Adobe Touch and Reader on desktop. Please look into why so many files are Adobe PDF files but are inaccessible here. Example file attached3 votes

Hey there, I am confused at how to add the sender pre-fill area. For some reason while editing the template, when I switch to sender pre-fill, it switches all the boxes I just put as participant 1?

Your online support is not good. It will not let me contact anyone. It keeps going back to my old support conversation. I have been on hold on the phone for over ten minutes as well. I think I may want to go back to DocuSign. I thought Adobe was a big company.5 votes
When I type a "Return" into the message field this causes the characters "/n" to appear in the message (Windows 10 PC). Can you please stop that? I would like to have the ability to present a message properly spaced without extra characters (I don't want) appearing.2 votes
