For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  1. For e-signature, Please change the word "agreement" to "document" as it is not always an agreement. I would like to use it for invoices as well and other non-agreement.

    Thank you for your suggestion. Currently, documents that are awaiting signatures cannot be edited to ensure the integrity of the agreement.

    We understand that being able to make minor edits, like correcting a spelling mistake or adjusting a signature field, would be helpful. We’ll pass this feedback along to the product team for consideration in future updates.

  3. I just signed a document through your Adobe e-Signature and now I can't download a signed version of the document. Your service is inferior to DocuSign -- with DocuSign I can just click the original link and download my signed copy of the document. You don't even email me a signed copy of the document.

    Thank you for reaching out, and I’m sorry for the frustration you’ve experienced.

    After signing a document through Adobe e-Signature, an email with the fully signed copy is automatically sent once all parties have completed their signatures. Sometimes these emails can land in spam or promotions folders, so please check there as well as your main inbox.

    If you continue to experience issues accessing your signed document, please contact us so we can help you resolve it.

Hello, as an assistant I would LOVE if we could share template ownership as well as let owners resend templates that have errors without having to cancel or delete it and starting a new agreement, also if we can have the ability for signees to change the document name(maybe even with approval from owner) that would be great!!! please consider these requests and thank you for your time!!

  5. Move the continue button for terms of use to the top of the web form documents from the bottom. My customers struggle to scroll and find it.

  9. De vorige versies terugzetten. Ik had steeds een offline mogelijkheid om de acties te doen die ik nodig heb. Via omwegen - die ik daarvoor niet moest te doen - kan ik pas aan mijn werk beginnen. Als ik een andere software vind die gebruiksvriendelijker is, zet ik dit abonnement stop! De updates zijn een ergernis geworden...

  10. There is a glitch in Adobe sign. Approvers are able to hit start and it activates the click to approve button without initialing the document.

    Hi Alex Ramirez,

    Thanks for asking and give as the opportunity to help you. The Approver would be able to "Approve" the document when all the required fields are filled, if there's no required field, the user can click to approve without filling any field. To make a field required, after adding the field to the document, there's two ways to find the "required" checkbox, one is by double clicking on the desired field, on left hand panel the option would be available. The other way is by using left click over the field, this would display a context menu, which has the option.

  12. I have signed up to a 4 licences corporate plan, the e-sign isn't available, which has caused loads of extra work, I have been talking to a virtual assistant for OVER 3 HOURS and the problem isn't resolved yet
    it is unbelievable that it takes so long to solve something that suppose to be included in the license. Aren't the virtual assistants trained or is a learning on the job kind of training?

  13. The new website and format are extremely hard to use. The previous version walked the user through the process of fill and sign with next and complete buttons. This version does not and to be honest is difficult to navigate. I would like to see the site reverted back to the way it was. The red and black color scheme is nice.

  15. I bought the Adobe sign package for a year & i have not been able to use it ever since.

    I tried adding my sign & tried adding a doc for sign & all i see for hours is a loading sign.

    there is no live chat else any other user friendly & easy way of contacting somebody to fix the issue.

    my money is wasted & i am using alternate methods to sign my documents.

  19. I just had a very bad experience with one of your support people - Felicity. She was never rude or impolite but the experience was horrible. Once we screen shared and she had control of my machine, it appeared she was just 'fiddling' and 'guessing' about how to accomplish what I was asking. She also gave no warning when she took over control and didn't allow me to type in the chat. I am a brand new user and have faith that your product will be good for us, but my first help experience was not good. I think Felicity…
