For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  1. I pay a monthly $14.99 to use Adobe Acrobat Pro subscription. I use the sign document feature daily with our Service Ticket agreements for my clients. However, the last few weeks I cannot get any work done in a timely manner. Adobe Acrobat Pro locks up while logging in, opening documents, sending templates to clients for signing, editing templates, etc., etc. It has become a minute by minute nightmare. I thought it might be my wifi or computer but no matter which computer I use, iPad, iPhone, wifi, etc. Adobe Acrobat Pro is problematic. I am ready to through it…

  7. MAY I KNOW WHY ADOBE E-SIGNATURE IS NOT SENDING THE SIGNATURE REQUEST TO EMAIL GIVEN? I'VE TRIED DO MANY TIMES. THIS IS REALLY MAKE ME UPSET AS I'M UNABLE TO RECEIVE E-SIGN APPROVAL AND IT CAUSE DELAY IN MY WORK AS TO DO IT MANUALLY. I'VE NEVER EXPERIENCED THIS ISSUE BEFORE. PLEASE HELP TO SOLVE THIS A.S.A.P!

  9. Had a recent issue occur multiple times with a document sent for review and signature. The text/numbers change on the signer's end. Only way to catch this is to download the document and reopen it. Anyone else have this issue?

  10. Rarely do I use your E-signature feature that it isn't frustrating. My client gave me an incorrect email address. Today, he contacted me and corrected it, so I added a recipient. IT HASN'T RESENT and there isn't an option to "RESEND".

  12. Adobe DC documents are moving very slowly where it freeze up frequently. Is there a known internal issue with Adobe as our organization has not been able to resolve.

  13. I just bought Adobe and literally no aspect of what I have bought so far has worked. Complete waste of money... its literally the only way to do anything with pdfs so its impossible to not have it. But it is literally useless because it doesn't work anyways.

  16. On-line version of Acrobat does not have the function I require (redaction).

    Desktop version of Acrobat does not install (and takes forever to not install because of requiring prior installation of Creative Cloud app).

    Hi Julie,

    Are you requesting different colors for data you're filling in the form fields? When you said "all documents only showing in black and white" do you mean the entire document is in black and white or just the form fields? Documents with different text colors should be rendered with the colors on Fill & Sign. Please provide a screenshot (and a test document if possible), if documents with text in colors are not displayed correctly.

  19. PDF to image export quality is horrendous, even on Max. This is the case on the cloud or within Acrobat DC itself on Windows 10.
    Using an online tool like smallpdf has extremely better export quality for images, and thats free! Please fix this.
