Creative cloud files not downloading
For the past few weeks, I have been unable to download PDF files from Creative Cloud within the Acrobat app. The PDF files are 10-75 MB or so. They almost finish downloading but stall despite a good internet connection. When I switch to the CC app, I have no trouble downloading the file and then Sharing it to the Acrobat app.

Apple Pencil double-tap no longer working
Apple Pencil double-tap to switch between pencil and eraser tools in comment mode now only works on certain pdf files. It used to work in all pdf files but stopped that about 3-4 months ago. I cannot find a pattern in the pdfs it still works on and those it doesn't work on. The commenting tools all work fine in every pdf, it is just the double-tap feature that works in some pdfs but not others.

I can't access cloud storage on the IOS app.
Whenever I click on a document, I just get the blue circle. I have tried logging out, and deleting the app and reinstalling it. Same problem.

Acrobat on IPad must ask at login whether the account is individual or corporate
We use a school account for all teachers and at login in a browser there is an option to choose the individual or corporate account. This is missing in Acrobat and thus I cannot access all the functions. Please fix.

Premium features aren’t working and it’s prompting me to buy again
I paid for monthly premium and the premium features stopped working within 10 minutes

I have not been able to even use this app and i paid for it they took it out of my charge card. I cannot always use my work computer do to on the road traveling for work.

Interactive buttons no longer work
Newest update of acrobat (22.04.00) on ios broke interactive buttons and features for files saved to mobile devices. We used these features for product demos and would like to have them re-enabled.

after a reset of settings in iOS by clicking Settings > General > Transfer or Reset Phone > Reset. After a reset of iOS Settings, the push notifications get disabled for Adobe acrobat reader for iOS app, which does not get reenabled.
Subsequently Push notifications do not get reactivated even after opening the Adobe acrobat reader app, which does not show prompt for seeking permission to allow push notifications as it did upon first install of the app.

Unable to combine documents
I’ve just paid for the feature of joining/combining documents but the feature did not work properly.
I just cancelled the transaction and now i request the refund.

Cannot open documents
Nothing happens when you try to open a document. Restart of an iPad is required to temporarily resolve the issue. Acrobat Reader sometimes also freezes on reopening.

Comments Field keeps crashing and addition comments are lost.
Comment fields being edited crash repeatedly failing to save all additional comments since the last posting.
