Liquid Mode to work with tagged PDFs exported from InDesign
Adobe Reader's new Liquid Mode is a superb feature that works with PDFs exported from Microsoft Office. Unfortunately, it currently does not work with tagged PDFs exported from Adobe's own product, InDesign. This is a serious flaw, especially when so many important documents (ie: public sector) are created in and exported from Adobe InDesign.

Add underline and comment options to the liquid mode
I really like the liquid mode. In fact I might even consider to used it instead of Mendeley for studying scientific papers. If only we could use commenting or underlining options in liquid mode.

Search feature does not highlight the word
When i try to search for a certain word, it only brings me to the page where the word is, but does not highlight it.

iPad Pro slide over & split view - with multiple adobe programs instances
Currently adobe acrobat can only be used in one instance. I would like to be able to open adobe next to adobe or have it open in more than one window.
For instance I use good notes, but I have multiple projects I like to leave open with the slide over/split view, but it will only reopen that instance and open the new file which means I have lost my spot in the previous instance.

Combining text boxes in acrobat
It would really be helpful to combine many textboxes in Acrobat or allowing us to group them in Word. I work with many tables, where each columns has it's own title. It's really annoying when there is many text boxes for the column. I hope this could be improved.
Also, it would help in cases where a set of numbers, or even words, are separated with many text boxes. Why? If that happens, Acrobat needs to help the user to fix it rapidly, instead of manually fixing them. Especially when converting PDF to Word. OMG, that needs a major facelift…

Apple pencil palm rejection
When using an Apple Pencil to add a signature, palm input on the writing field creates a line from palm to the tip of the Pencil. Very annoying when using the stylus as you have to write with your hand hovering in the air, not resting naturally.

In dark mode, translucent color swatches for annotations should use a white background, not black
I'm constantly reading and highlighting PDF's, picking from the different color swatches for highlighting (red, yellow, green, etc.).
I use these color swatches at ~10-20% opacity (the slider below).
During the day this works great -- the translucent colors are shown against a white background and I can distinguish the colors.
But at night when dark mode is activated, the translucent colors are shown against a black background. I of course see the logic behind this -- a 10% opacity red is just that, and the interface background is now black.

Watermarking on iOS app
I’m a screenwriter, and I use this feature daily to send out pdf documents to various outlets. And it’s the one thing I cannot yet do on my iOS devices. Thus, I can’t yet be separated from my PC. It would make my life infinitely easier if I could have this feature on the iOS apps.

I use acrobat to markup class notes, in order to save on paper. It is compatible with my Apple Pencil but it isn’t letting me pixel erase my Markups.

Multiple Highlight Colors in the Docked Toolbar
I use several different colors to highlight pdf’s. It would be great if I could dock several colors to the toolbar so I can switch between colors quickly. Thank you.

Two finger tap or other gesture for undo
If using Apple Pencil, a two-finger tap on the pdf to under last action would be really intuitive and useful.

Text object bugs
Several bugs with editing text objects:
1. On some text objects, the character at the very end may be at least partly invisible when rendered; whitespaces need to be appended to make said character fully visible. I suspect this may be related to the bounding box cutting off the text prematurely.
2. When editing a text object, if text is brought to a new line within said text object, the text on the new line becomes invisible until text is rendered (i.e. editing of the text object is exited).
