  4. I want to cancel

    Stop taking money every month ... I want to cancel but you are making it impossible !!! Who do I speak to ?? There is no google play or apple sub so I can’t cancel this way and I am getting fed up of you taking nearly 20€ a month when I originally signed up for 7 a month ... please cancel me and do it now

  5. Hi. I have an iPhone and iPad and have acrobat app on both. Is it possible to link the two or have one account so they are the same?

  7. I purchased a 32.99 US a year plan which was charged to my acct apr 15th 2019 of 46.51 but now see another charge of 46.81 on May 15th ???

    I was charged twice and now wanting refund for 2nd charge as I didn’t sign up for a continual program fee to debited monthly.

  16. Option to turn off instant-tap for turning pages.

    Can we have an option to turn off instant-tap for turning pages ? It’s really annoying especially when you’re reading something on a mobile device. I like to rest my thumb on the screen but it turns the page every time I do that.

  18. Serial number failing to recognize my email address IOS

    PDF reader Pro could be amazing but for the fact the adobe has let someone else use my name and I cannot register or put the serial number into the software. It’s only a little identity theft. I’ve talked with 9 people alone today! Amazingly they don’t have the answers. Apparently the problem is if you work on only IOS devices it’s your fault and a man mansplains this to you. If anyone else is having this problem please feel free to share how you dealt with it cause i personal am finding it hard to work.

  19. Files are not in my list for cloud or on my IPhone.

    When I duplicate a file it does not show up in the list. When I rename a file the name does not change. If I search for either new file it shows up as the original name, so I edit the file then search for it again it sometimes shows up as the correct new name, mostly the original name, but never in the cloud or on my phone, only can find it by the search option. I now have over a dozen files that can only be found by using the search option, can’t find them when looking through…

  20. Highlights made in Papers app do not show up

    Dear Madam/Sir,
    A number of books I’ve highlighted on a Papers app on my Mac/iPad show up completely empty of highlights within the Acrobat Reader. (An example is attached.)
    Is there any hope for the likes of myself who likes to highlight text so much that does it on any and every platform available and as a result is left with a cornucopia of differently-coded highlighted PDFs in their library?
