  2. My app is not working

    My Acrobat app is not working today. It’s “cannot convert file”, “cannot create file”, and I have no idea what to do. I have the Premium subscription, and I can’t use the app at all. Everything was fine till today. Maybe till the last update, I didn’t use it for a few days. I also don’t see any technical support, but user’s forum and this page. So, no help with troubleshooting…
    How can it be solve?

  3. Unable to edit files in Portfolio PDF

    This is regarding mobile app (iphone and ipad).
    Though the new update (24.02.00) allows editing in Password Protected files, I am still unable to edit PDF within portfolio pdfs, or any PDF stored as attachment in a portfolio pdf, whether password protected or not

  4. The trackpad doesn't work in the comment tool

    When you use a keyboard, the trackpad doesn't work when you use the comment tool, you can't select text to highlight it, for example.

  7. Eu preciso que o texto do documento inteiro seja reconhecido.

    É contra producente que o leitor tenha que reconhecer o texto de cada página individualmente. Necessário se faz que haja um recurso que possibilite o reconhecimento do texto de todo o arquivo, pois para tanto há um hardware m1 que permite a tarefa.

  8. All text disappear when scrolling

    When I scroll the pages, doc got around 600-700 pages, text just disappear.
    When using search it shows the word I was looking for, but there is no text, just highlighted place, where the word is

  11. I can not view my documents and I see lots of others are having trouble. It says it needs updating. And it doesn’t need it.

    Fix it. I have went and tried to updated doesn’t need it. Took it off and put it back. Doesn’t even sign me out. I’m confused about that, it should sign me out, since it isn’t even there. Does that mean y’all are following stuff on my phone? From what I’m reading this has been going on for a while. Y’all need to fix it. It isn’t fair for paying customers. Not sure what I use for my sign in. I actually think it’s my Apple. And you aren’t even giving me that choice.

  12. A amount of conflict files.

    The saving process doesn't work normally, So I got a amout of the conflict file.
    I would like to combine this all files without lose my data that I record on the pdf.
    How could I solve it, could I get a hand?

  14. "mailto" link to submit the form

    "mailto" link to submit the form only works with IOS native email. I need it to work with the MS Outlook App which I have set to the default email app.

    Birth year textfiled on first registration page of adobe mobile app via apple private sign-in let user to type more than 4 number. Fix it to 4 would be good idea, I thought.

  17. Allow commenting and highlight in secured PDFs

    We make secured PDFs available to our customers. The PDFs are password secured, but we allow commenting, highlighting and bookmarks. This works in Acrobat for Desktop, but not in the mobile apps.

  20. Reduce or increase print size %

    I need to be able to change the size of pattern print to be able to ensure that I’m printing at 100% and to reduce or increase the size.
