  1. Lost my acrobat subscription

    Hello,

    I am an adobe acrobat user

    The system is: IpadOS

    The device : ipad pro

    My problem is : i have an active subscription to premium acrobat 9.99$ on appstore

    Suddly the app won’t recognize that i am a subscriber and i can not restore my purchases, try everything restarting , closeing the app , log out then log in still won’t recognize my subscription

    I need my premium for making new pdf and converting from PPX to pdf

  2. i dont want adobe. I have been trying to cancel it for months it doesn't work for me and I have a paper trail of undelivered requests I am

    i want to cancel and you will not respond to me I am taking matter to FSO if you are gnore me and try to claim money from me any more.

  3. Adding straight lines or rectangles

    Is it possible to add straight lines on smartphone / iPhone, so that one is able to underline or highlight in Pdf‘s, where the written texts cannot be copied or edited

  6. Search within a Portfolio

    I’ve created a portfolio of 230 PDFs and put it on my iPad. When I use the search tool (magnifying glass) the results always display 0. Can’t find file names, descriptions, keywords... absolutely nothing! Totally frustrating and useless.

    It would be very helpful if the file list shows the reading progress with help of a percentage meter. With this addition this application will be perfect as an ebook reader

  11. Document font changes on IOS

    Hello

    I have a pdf where the main typeface is Times New Roman. When I open it on my iPad, the typeface changes to something I don't recognize, and it doesn't appear to be installed in the iPad. Wondering what this typeface is and where it's coming from. Is it installed with Reader? Screenshot attached.

  12. Disable auto save in Adobe app

    When I view a pdf with the Adobe Acrobat app, I rather not want to automatically save the files. In stead, I would suggest to use a save button in case you want to store it on your phone.

  17. Can not open offline available cloud files

    Downloaded files no longer available offline.
    Download does not work despite internet connection.
    loading icon turns until nothing else happens at all.
    After reinstalling the app, it is still not possible to download from the cloud.
