My Subscription
Hello,
I just subscribed to one of your app packages and the option is not unblocked.
I am trying to combine my files and it bring me back to subscription page. Then it says that I am already subscribed.
Can you please help me fixe this problem.

No network connection
Right after the update to the latest version, when I open the app, using cellular LTE, the No network connection banner displays at the bottom and the app is inoperable. I noticed that the app was fine when I moved 30 miles from where I reside and it worked fine on LTE. Back home on the LTE tower there, the darn No network connection banner pops up again and disables the app. Deleted it and reinstalled. Had no problem signing in, because it is connected to the internet! I stream Pandora at the same time, I have internet! This banner…

Folder has disappeared
After renaming one of my folders, it has disappeared in the App. Can still see it on the document cloud website. And if search for a file in the app that is inside the disappeared folder, i can find that file, but otherwise i can’t see any of them, as the folder doesn’t show up...

Stop taking money every month ... I want to cancel but you are making it impossible !!! Who do I speak to ?? There is no google play or apple sub so I can’t cancel this way and I am getting fed up of you taking nearly 20€ a month when I originally signed up for 7 a month ... please cancel me and do it now
