6. Freeze at background and crashed after reopen

   iOS, version 19.04.00
   Same as title, when I put acrobat reader at background, after spawing back to arobat, it “freeze” and crashed. I need to close it totally and reopen. If before, it won’t get crashed, just will reloading. Sorry for my poor English. Thank for attention.

7. Single-click access to the commenting tools

   (ios-ipad).....the comment button is two clicks away compared with single click access(which was very user user friendly)..please bring it out....heavy users like me are wasting time in 'two clicks' to access comment button.......

8. Open PDF/A files read-only.

   I use Document Cloud and Adobe Acrobat Pro DC to store documents in PDF/A format. Acrobat Pro DC always warns that a file is (or claims to be) PDF/A and opens those files read-only, but Acrobat on iPhone allows me to draw over, highlight, underline, strike out, etc. a PDF/A without any warning whatsoever. The Acrobat mobile app should implement the same behavior as the desktop software when dealing with PDF/A files.

10. bring back the functionality and UI of fill & sign

    On the fill & sign app, I was able to easily fill out and sign PDFs in less than 5 minutes. Now, it took me 20 minutes to fill out a 1-page PDF because I had to download Adobe Acrobat and navigate its laggy UI. When you open a PDF, it should automatically detect which areas you can add text to, like the old app did, instead of the user having to manually add a text box for each area they want to fill.

11. The option to add images to an interactive PDF form via a mobile device.

    I have created a fillable form that has a text area and a location for the user to upload an image. It works great on a laptop however it does not work on an iPad.
    This is crucial for business success.

    On a tablet, it is inconvenient to have toolbars and navigational bars at both ends. The toolbar hides the text at the beginning of a sentence, and the navigational bar makes it impossible to zoom in on the text. The text should be displayed as wide as possible horizontally. Toolbars and navigational bars should be displayed vertically.

14. Back and Forward buttons for in-PDF Navigation

    Dear Adobe Support,

    This is to request a feature that would greatly enhance the usability and efficiency of your PDF readers. I am referring to the back and forward buttons that would allow users to navigate through the links and bookmarks within a PDF document.

    As a researcher, I often read scientific papers that have thousands of links to equations, figures, tables, references, and other sections. These links are very useful for understanding the content and following the logic of the paper. However, without the back and forward buttons, it is very frustrating and time-consuming to navigate through these links. One has to manually scroll or use the page navigation toolbar to go back to the previous page or position, which often disrupts my reading flow and concentration. Sometimes, I even lose track of where I was before clicking on a link.

    Even though your PDF readers have some features that can help with navigation, such as the page thumbnails panel, the bookmarks panel, and the automatic scrolling, none of these features can replace the convenience and simplicity of the back and forward buttons.

    I think that adding the back and forward buttons to your PDF readers would be a valuable and appreciated improvement for millions of users, especially those who deal with academic, technical, or legal documents.

    This feature is hardly available in any web browsers or other PDF viewers. It would be great if Adobe, as the leader and pioneer in PDF technology, could also implement this feature in its products.

    I hope that you will recognize my request as something simple yet of radical importance and forward it to the product management team.

    Kindly fix the Bug for viewing pdfs on full screen for the phone Moto G84 as I can see full screen pdfs with Google drive viewer on that phone but for the same pdf I can’t see it on full screen with Adobe Acrobat Reader.

16. Configure translate for iOS

    The translation option on the iPad is currently Apple's. Previously this it was Google translate. Apple's translation option does not work properly (for example, if you select a single word to translate in an English context, for example, it sees the word as Slovak or Spanish). Other translation apps do this much better. Can the translation option be made configurable?

    while viewing a PDF with annotated comments in it with the comment panel closed, clicking the comment element reveals a box with the comment in it, of predetermined size. This is particularly annoying to expand if one wishes to see more of the comment.

    I feel that the box should be either;
    a) auto-sized depending on the amount of text in a given comment element, or
    b) some way of setting a default size preference

    Additionally, I feel that comment element textboxes should be subjected to auto-numbering lists, and bullet point formatting availability to increase utility in a note taking capacity;

    Whenever I'm sending a copy of a PDF, the following text will appear "Edit, Sign and share PDF files on the go. Download Acrobat Reader for mobile: https://adobeacrobat.app.link/getApp"

    I am not sharing or saving PDFs with intention of promoting my adobe pro subscription. This is an annoyance because when I save a PDF to my files it saves it along with the text, which I then have to go and delete manually. When I'm sharing a copy of a PDF via Messages, I don't need the recipient to think that I want him to try the app or download the app every time I send a PDF.

    Please remove this nuisance, or allow users an option where they can go and remove this setting.

    I signed up for the free trial and was told that the payment would only be taken out of my bank account AFTER the 7 days of free trial, instead I had to pay IMMEDIATELY. So now, after trying the app and finding out it didn’t do what I needed done I still lost 10,99€.
    If you offer a free trial, it should be free right? Otherwise just stop offering it and calling it “free” if you’re going to charge people anyway.
    If it is in any way possible I would love a refund

20. Bug- Acrobat Download Txt File Spam

    I have had and frequently use my premium Adobe Acrobat DC account on IOS (for both my iPad and IPhone) for several years now. I’ve had zero issues until this last update.

    The issue that keeps occurring on both devices is rather strange and I can’t find a work around for it, and I have no idea why it started.

    Whenever I go to save a PDF, send a PDF, from Adobe Acrobat, it automatically adds the following text file “ Edit, Sign and share PDF files on the go. Download Acrobat Reader for mobile: https:/adobeacrobat.app.link/getApp.txt

    It cannot be removed whenever you try to remove it from the send window, and i when I save my PDF file, the text file is saved along with it. And it occurs with EVERY PDF document I save. So if I edit and send 10 PDF documents, I will get 10 txt files telling me to download Adobe.

    Now, like I’ve said, I HAVE Adobe Acrobat DC, and I am a premium member. I have been for quite some time. So I don’t understand why it’s doing this.

    It does this no matter where I save the documents. I typically save them to my google drive; however, I have tested this out on drop box, my computer, external hard drives, and my iCloud Drive and my iPad and iPhone directly. It does the same thing.

    Is there a solution? Or is this a known issue? Any help will be appreciated. I’ve included a photo so you can see what I am talking about.
