  1. Can’t convert PDFs to Word and features don’t work when I log in on other devices

    I tried converting PDF files to Word documents about a month ago and they are still trying to convert. I can’t stop or delete them and they just keep spinach Ning and blocking me from converting any other files.

    I also have tried using my login in other devices such as my laptop, and none of the features that I use on my iPhone are available.

  2. Need feature to Cropping image or text from PDF to copy it to another app for iPad version like we do in desktop app with lasso tool

    Hi we need feature in next update for iPad version which allow us to crop images and text as we can do in desktop app and copy it in another app with help of lasso tool feature. As we are students we need this feature to create notes from large PDF files. Hope you people will work for it. And allow to open multiple tabs as in desktop app so it’s easy to switch between different PDF files of textbooks for studying and make a notes from them.   3. App keeps crashing

    I deleted all the recent files then suddenly the app crashed and it kept crashing after restarting the device. I use my Ipad pro exclusively for studying. Now I had to reinstall the app and lost a lot of files as I couldn’t save the documents to cloud. Waste of money?

    Dear PDF administrators, I am a heavy user of acrobat reader for my PDF book readings and I highlight every page I read with colors. Unfortunately, the latest version of IOS acrobat does not provide for all colors that used to be available in the previous version of the application. For example, the grey, orange and pink colors are not available in this version. What we need is to see the same available colors in the desktop version of adobe to be available in the IOS version.     Please, activate email link in Acrobat PDF on iPhone(s) ! This type of link works in mobile running with Androïd! So, please, do the same thing with iPhone! Please!

    My old email account is no more accessible thus I created a new email account and I am getting new files from my old one to my new one. My old email is tomasmanqueros@gmail.com. On the Adobe Acrobat platform I noticed that my old email is sharing files with me.     Hi,
    When sharing a PDF via email on my iPad App Adobe Acrobat, after having filled some fields and signing my PDF on the App, all the changes I made are not visible on the PDF Copy attached to the email.

  18. Different file updating procedure on different iPads

    I use the Acrobat app both on my four iPads and an iPhone7 to frequently update and revise my existing pdf files with newer versions of themselves. On my older iPad 2 and iPad Mini, as well as my iPad fourth-generation, this is a very easy process. I email the PDF to myself and then choose to open it in Adobe. Then, I move it to the folder its earlier version appeared in and it automatically replaces the prior version. That easy process doesn’t exist on the Adobe App designed for my iPad mini 4.

  19. Unable to sync two Ipads with the Cloud. Both have IOS 13 software. Adobe is up to date also.

    I have two Ipad's, both with IOS 13 software and up to date. I have added files to Adobe Cloud from both Ipad's but thry do not sync to each other, so I end up having to add them twice in order to have access to a file on each device. Adobe is also up to date on updates.

    This is frustrating as sometimes I work on one then have to charge it, so I use the other and the file is not there in the Cloud and I then have to wait to use the other device or use…
