Dropbox app must be authorized with every session.Every time I go to Dropbox and tap Open with... Adobe Acrobat Reader, Reader says I haven’t authorized Dropbox After I allow Acrobat to connect, there is no problem accessing PDFs via Dropbox until the session expires. Then I must do this again. iPad iOS not saving editsI use Acrobat Reader for iPad iOS. I’ve used it for a long time and it’s always given me the ability to go back and edit older documents (I have repeat clients that we can re-use paperwork for, they can update info, sign and we are done). Yesterday I pulled up old and new files, edited them to print, printed them, and closed the files as I did before. When I noticed an error on one file, I re-opened to edit the error and noticed that NONE of the original changes saved. I opened the other files from the day… 4 votes

All files now display as inverted black and whiteI am running iOS 12.4.1 on an iPhone 7Plus with Adobe Acrobat App version 19.07.00 (20190719.193727). I have attempted to delete and reinstall the app with no success. 
 All of my files now only display in inverted black & white. There are no colors. This appeared a few versions ago. I’ve been hoping that updating my OS and the app would resolve the issue but to no avail. I have reviewed all possible settings and nothing pops out. This just started happening one day.??? 4 votes

Multiple check boxesI am trying to complete a form that has different fields with check boxes however I can only check a box in either field. When I try to select a box in the other field it removes the check from the first field. 2 votes

Multiple Conflicted FilesRight after update to the latest software version, I keep having issues with having multiple conflicted files. I understand that if I edited the same pfd or open the same pdf on different devices will cause conflicted file, but I was just opening pdf on my iPad (without doing any editing or highlight/ underline on the pdf) for some weird reason I will have multiples conflicted files right after that. Font size in comment and fill and signIts not really a new idea. I use the adobe scan app to make my weekly documents for my apprenticeship that i comment on to fill in and sign electronically. It was going great until a few weeks ago when all of a sudden the smallest font size of 6 is too big for the columns when just a couple weeks prior font size 14 fit in the gaps perfectly. Same with the signatures you resize them and when you click out of it they resize themselves bigger. Its definitely way more difficult to use 1 vote

Can’t share a copy with outlookI’v been using adobe on my iPad all year and it was working great. For the last 2 weeks, when I try sending a copy of my document with outlook, it’s works only if i use my hotmail acount. When i select my exchange acount, it just keep waiting, waiting, waiting and the email doesn’t go through. I’ve try deleting my email acount and reinstalling it, deleting my adobe app and reinstalling it, still doesn’t work. Help please!!! 7 votes

Application crash while viewing somewhat large pdf filesI work at construction sites and the mechanical engineering drawings are supplied in pdf format. Recently I have experienced and issue where the app crashes while viewing the files. It seems to happen when I zoom in or scroll the file fast. The PDF files are opened and stored in document cloud. The files are very large in actual size, about a meter tall and couple meters wide, containing detailed drawings and plans. They are also mark with apple pen for remarks and corrections. Because of information security I can’t post any plan files to test with. I’ve tried uninstalling… 3 votes
