Bug.

"Out of Suffix" Warning
New Adobe updates (downloaded 9/17/20) always give an "out of suffix" warning before opening a file. The problem occurs when trying to open a file for viewing and when generating a new PDF from another program. The warning is not causing issues within the PDF itself, it's just annoying to have to click "Ok" several times on this warning every time before being able to open a file. It is also unclear what the warning means or what it affects.

Use system default cursors!
It is absolutely unacceptable that the Acrobat Reader changes the system cursor, and doesn't allow for some method of disabling this!
It shows that Adobe have ZERO respect for their customers.I have a vision impairment. I have changed my Windows cursor to a very visible, fat, red cursor, because otherwise I lose track of where it is. But Adobe's opinion on that is "********!!!!" apparently.
Why?
Why do you hate your customers, Adobe?

Unable to get new comments in Adobe Reader for review via SharePoint site
We do reviews via shared commenting on our SharePoint site. Reviewers using Adobe Acrobat Reader DC 2021.005.20060 on Windows 10 are experiencing the following error when they click Check for new comments:
First a SharePoint dialog appears that never appeared before. If this dialog is closed the message " Could not get new comments. Login credentials are expired or invalid; please re-enter your sign-in for access." appears.Expected Results: Any new comments should appear, or a message "no new comments" should display.
This issue is also noted here (seems to impact other Acrobat versions too): https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat-discussions/could-not-get-new-comments-login-credentials-are-expired-or-invalid-please-re-enter-your-sign-in-f/m-p/12370427

Steps to reproduce:
1. Install Acrobat Reader 64bits on Windows
2. Install any 3rdPargy Acrobat Reader plug-in, e.g. the "BasicPlugin" from Acrobat SDK samples
3. Launch Acrobat Reader 64bits
4. Acrobat Reader 64bits was launched, but after 3~4 seconds, Application crashed.Notes:
* Only an issue on Windows
* Only an issue on Acrobat Reader 64bits.
* Not an issue for Acrobat Reader 32bits

remove print and save buttons from toolbar
Since I do not use these buttons, and can use keyboard shortcut I want to remove them as when have muti-windows open and Reader is small portion of screen, the only visible tools are not useful. Other windows may not be Reader. The only useful tools are the find and page. This worked well in older versions of reader and acrobat in general.

After decades, when Acrobat Reader starts, it still has not figured out how to reopen pdf files at the right page!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Let me repeat honestly because I am exasperated by Adobe's incompetence:
After decades, when Acrobat Reader starts, it still has not figured out how to reopen pdf files at the right page!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!How do you justify this BIG problem after so many years of having created Adobe Reader?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
2 votesHi,
Thanks for reaching out to us for your query.
This feature is already available in Acrobat Reader. Here is how you can turn that on.1) Go to Edit → Preferences → “Documents” Tab
2) Select the checkbox for “Restore last view settings when reopening documents”This preference will make sure that your Acrobat reader remembers the last view of the pdf when it was closed and reopened.
Hope it helps ?
Thanks

BUG: http should read HTTPS 2021-07-26
This is not an idea. It is a bug.
BUG: http should read HTTPS 2021-07-26Dear Adobe Acrobat DC Installation Team,
Your product installs with http as the WEB LINK in the Registry. It should be https. The industry has moved on to secure web sites, as have you. However, your installation still references the old http. Please pass this message to your product installation team.
Kindly update your Windows Installation to properly reference https as the WEB LINK

Bug: Print Sections command won't work for first bookmarked section only
The "Print Sections" command under the bookmarks panel won't work for the first section only. This command works for all other sections of the report. The problem is only with the first bookmarked section of each report.

Unable to sign out until you agree to a free trial
I signed in using the wrong email account. When I tried to sign out so that I could sign in with the correct account, the service would not allow me to sign out until I had agreed to sign up for a seven day trial on the initial account. It seems like a very bad design to not let users sign out until they agree to a trial

Bug: Adobe Reader DC 2021 x64 crashes with DDE command "DocGoToNameDest"
When the DDE command "DocGoToNameDest" is called in Reader DC 2021 x64 (Win10 Pro 21H1 x64) by a x86 program, the Reader crashes. The same call in the x86 and earlier Reader versions works without any problems.
The DDE command "DocOpen" works in the x64 version without any problems, that is, the handle to conversation is correct.
In addition, the x64 Reader is only entered in the registry under "Computer \ HKEYCURRENTUSER \ SOFTWARE \ Adobe \ Adobe Acrobat" and not in "... \ Acrobat Reader" and requires "acroviewA21" instead of "acroviewR21" as the service name.1 voteHi,
We are delighted to share with you that Acrobat and Reader Desktop release for DC Continuous (21.007.20091) is Live now and this Takes care of this bug.
