Allow zoom-in beyon ~260% in Chrome extension
When I download a PDF with smaller details (e.g. a train/bus map), the Chrome extension doesn't go beyond ~260% zoom-in making it impossible to read these documents.
While the desktop application (macOS in my case) goes to 6400% (far more than needed in my use case), 1000% would be much more helpful.1 vote -
Close all other tabs
When having multiple tabs open, right clicking a tab brings up a menu. It would be convenient to have a "close all other tabs" option, rather than closing each other tab one by one or exiting the program.

BUG: Performance issue with Protected Mode
When opening a PDF document in Adobe Acrobat Reader that has been obtained from an untrusted location (i.e. has Mark Of The Web [MOTW]) AND/OR is not in Adobe Reader's trusted locations AND Protected Mode is enabled, Acrobat Reader hangs for 3 to 10 seconds after initially displaying the document. Thereafter the interface becomes responsive again. The easy way to determine if the interface has "frozen" is to attempt to scroll through the opened PDF document. Disabling Protected Mode resolves the issue but leaves Acrobat Reader vulnerable to security risks. The status of Protected View doesn't have an effect on…

Acrobat Pro
Architecture: arm64

CoolType: 9.1.0
JP2K: 4.0.2.54782When combining files to create a single pdf booklet and viewing in List view, I am unable to scroll down the list to see the last item.
I frequently combine 80+ single page pdfs to create booklets. In list view I can scroll to item #68 but no further.
Resizing the window (both smaller and larger) results in scrolling not working at all.
Attempts to scroll with mouse wheel and by moving selection cursor with keyboard arrow keys does not allow contents of list…

Support linking to specific Excel sheets within a workbook
Excel supports jumping to a specific workbook sheet by linking to the document and sheet name, similar to an HTML anchor tag. In other words, if an Excel worksheet, named "report.xlsx", contains sheets named "title_page" and "summary", you can link directly to the "summary" sheet using a link like "report.xlsx#summary". You can even link to a specific cell by appending the cell address after an exclamation mark, as in: "report.xlsx#summary!H42". If the sheet name contains spaces, it can be wrapped in single quotes: "report.xlsx#'summary page'!H42".
All of these links work from Word documents, but Acrobat seems to strip the anchor…1 vote -
hide the "all tools" toolbar by default
hide the "all tools" toolbar by default. this toolbar is only needed sometimes. this feature is enabled for the exception instead of the rule. since it takes up one-third of the display window and is on the left, it is distracting. when it was on the right, it wasn't as distracting. when viewing many pdfs over the course of the day, having to give up one third of the screen to a useless toolbar is frustrating.

Permanently disable the "All Tools" sidebar.
If "All Tools" was a living creature, I'd destroy it with Samurai inspired violence!
If you add a "disable sidebar" function to a near future build, I'll build you a state-of-the-art spaceship that's fitted with cannons that shoot armies of blood thirsty killer crocodiles @ all your enemies. The crocodiles have cybernetic eyes that shoot swarms of heat-seeking killer bees that were trained by the legendary Samurai, Miyamoto Musashi.
Discuss my "Once In A Lifetime" offer with your DEV team & report back.

Bookmark and tool panes to auto hide on opening of any file
Option in settings for the bookmark/comments and/or 'all tools' pane to be minimised on opening of any file. The user should be given control over their preference, rather than how the document was saved. The 2 panes together take up almost half the screen area and I have to manually close them each time I open a new file. There should be an option in setting to over ride any pre-sets of the file. The creator of the file should have no control over my user experience of Adobe Reader.

CREATE button - remove or option to remove in preferences
CREATE button is annoying. It takes up real estate for your tabs and when the window is minimized it is too easy to click it when trying to move the window or double-clicking the title bar to maximize. I suggest the option of being able to remove it through the preferences menu or please move it out of the window title bar to a different location.

Best shared, coworking and serviced offices in USA
Coworking space is a shared workspace that can be used by professionals, entrepreneurs, small business owners and freelancers. This type of office space has grown exponentially in popularity over the past decade, especially in the United States. It offers its members the ability to work in a dedicated coworking atmosphere that is conducive to productivity and collaboration. Coworking space in United States offers an affordable alternative to traditional office space as individuals need not commit to expensive long-term leases; coworking members can occupy coworking offices monthly or even daily depending on their needs.
You can fins 1000s of Coworking space…1 vote -
2023 version should be able to "hide the tools" option.
**** annoying to close the tools when opening a document. The "last tools state" doesn't work in the preferences. Gone back to the old look-n-feel.

Stop Check for Updates "Update Failed" condition when run by a non Administrator
Stop Check for Updates "Update Failed" condition when run by a non Administrator.
Adobe Reader version 2024.002.20895 (32bit). On some Windows 10 Pcs the "Check for Updates" function works as expected and finds updates if they are available.
On others the "Check for Updates" function fails with the "Update failed" message, when run by an ordinary user (i.e when not Run as an Administrator).
But when "Run as Administrator" that same "Check for Updates" function works normally and downloads and installs updates, if they are available.1 vote -
Add preferance setting or option to not show tools or bookmarks by default for all documents
There should be an option to open files/adobe with Tools and Bookmarks NOT enabled. It is very annoying and inefficient to close those 2 windows every time i open Adobe to read a PDF. See pic of how files open by default, not very useful to see the document contents with a smaller window/screen without closing the undesired left/right bars.

Bookmarks dont open
Stop the bookmarks opening automatically every time a PDF is opened. They have to be manually closed every time to provide more space to view the architectural drawing. Its very irritating and a very bad idea to have them opening every time as the default setting. They should be closed unless needed, not open and need closing every time.

Feedback on New Format
Adobe Acrobat Reader asks me why I would switch to the old interface, rejecting the new one. Simple. Old interface: Annoying sidebar always appears initially expanded, but does not obscure the document in any way; rather, the document is scaled down to fit screen appropriately. New Interface: Sidebar now on the left, obscures document annoyingly. Never do I need your sidebar items; I just want to read a document, not write a tome in PDF.

All Tools - Can't be set to stay closed
All Tools automatically opens when a pdf is opened. Meaning to read it in full view you have to close it every time. This is extremely annoying and makes me not want to use pdfs as much. There should be a setting to have it closed by default. And the "Remember current state of Tools Pane" has no effect, seems to be a bug.

BUG: Acrobat Reader DC MUI v24.002.20687 always opening documents in "Protected View" doesn't confirm user that a Digital signature exists
Acrobat Reader DC MUI v24.002.20687 that is already configured to always open documents in "Protected View" was unable to confirm me that a Digital signature was already existing in a digitally signed document (I even checked Document properties with [Ctrl]+[D]) that when instead opened with Microsoft Edge Enterprise v109.0.1518.140 (Official build)(64-bit) immediately informed me that "This document is digitally signed. Some signatures couldn't be verified. View signatures" and so it immediately allowed me to see what was digital signature.
Now I understand that 'Protected View' is already a security feature and that also has some limitations (I even found that…1 vote
