Acrobat DC can not sign document.. stuck in retrieving information
how about being able to sign documents without connecting to a cloud service or being completely disconnected from the internet.. heck I can't sign it when i am fully connected..

We shouldn't need to be online to sign. Signing documents takes far too long when the internet needs to be consulted every time a document is signed.
Did you try white listing the end points shared in the below thread?
The "Sign" function in the Fill & Sign section no longer works when i am signed in to Adobe.

Fill and sign application uses the following end points to bring in data :
Is it possible that you are under some network restrictions?. If yes, can you please make sure that these network points have been whitelisted on your computer and then try using the Fill and Sign application again.

Open the Adobe version above, click on "Fill & Sign" when logged in to Adobe, try to use the Sign feature. I get four square boxes like the function is thinking, along with a message on the right side bar saying "Retrieving your information..." This will spin forever if i let it.
This happens with any PDF on my computer. Screen print of issue sent to email@example.com.

2. Version of your OS.
3. Detailed steps to reproduce the issue at our end.
4. Any sample PDFs (send it to firstname.lastname@example.org)
It works when I sign out, however when I open a subsequent document Adobe requires me to sign in again. Then the Fill & Sign doesn't work again.
