Hi
Offline activation is a one time sequence, once activated Acrobat will not require internet on subsequent launches. Please let us know if you are getting registration prompts after successful activations.

Hi All,
If Acrobat is closing after 10-20 seconds and not showing any registration dialog then please try creating the following registry key
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Image File Execution Options\PDApp.exe]
"DisableExceptionChainValidation"=dword:00000001 -

Hi Benjamin,
We do have the support for roaming license in Acrobat but that is based on some prerequisites. These deployments are generally used in virtualized environments like Citrix/VMWare.
For having this support you need to ensure following
Users must have a roaming profile .User profile data in <user>/appdata/Roaming as well as the HKCU hive must sync to the desktop instance on which the user logs in. Admins should ensure that this data is saved on user logout or disconnect from the machine.
For deployment please follow the steps mentioned here http://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/AdminGuide/licensing.html#imaged-os-deployments-named-user

Hi Laura,
Apologies for the trouble you had using Acrobat.
I would like to tell you that subscription users need to sign in once initially when they launch the product for the first time.
Please let us know if you are prompted to sign in repeatedly on every launch, even after you have signed in Acrobat once. -

Hi,
Acrobat requires you to be signed in to use your Acrobat subscription. Please sign in and the nag will not trouble you. Please revert back in case it is popping up again even after you are signed in.

Hi
Are you using Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Reader?
Hi
This has been fixed in latest Feb, 2019 release of Acrobat.
Please update your Acrobat to latest version and delete the below hive.
