Allow Adobe Acrobat DC (Enterprise Named License) To Roam With User
Please make it possible to Roam the User's login from PC to PC in a networked environment. My users sometimes move from desk to desk so it is frustrating to have the users login/logout every time they go to a new PC. We would like them to be able to log in once and then be auto-logged into every other machine they sign on to with their networked login (roaming profile).
Hi Benjamin
Please take a look at the solution provided by Ravi below and let us know if this solves your problem.
Thanks,

Hey @Adobe: Can you be a little more specific about what folders need to roam? It's not leading or even recommended practice to roam ALL of %AppData% (<user>/appdata/Roaming). That location has the potential to make for a very large set of data that needs to be roamed which would negatively impact the user experience. Our organization is somewhat surgical when it comes to what we need to roam for a few key reasons, including the above.
That said, please clarify that roaming %AppData%\Adobe (<user>/appdata/Roaming/Adobe) is sufficient for roaming the named user license data.

Specifically which key in HKCU needs to be roamed?

Hi,
Please confirm if all the data files inside the mentioned folders are present on next logon.

I tried today to roam our users with installed acrobat dc (enterprise named license). We use vmware horizon 7 and user environment manager. All acrobat settings below "<AppData>\Adobe\Acrobat\" and "HKCU\Software\Adobe\Adobe Acrobat\DC" will be saved and followed the user. But the user have to logon with their adobe Id everytime again. Each logon they get a fresh windows 7 vm.
I installed acrobat dc as mentioned in the link below. I also checked the registry for "UserSpecificIdentity" and "UserSpecificLicensing" Enabled=1.
What did I wrong?

Hi Benjamin,
We do have the support for roaming license in Acrobat but that is based on some prerequisites. These deployments are generally used in virtualized environments like Citrix/VMWare.
For having this support you need to ensure following
Users must have a roaming profile .User profile data in <user>/appdata/Roaming as well as the HKCU hive must sync to the desktop instance on which the user logs in. Admins should ensure that this data is saved on user logout or disconnect from the machine.
For deployment please follow the steps mentioned here http://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/AdminGuide/licensing.html#imaged-os-deployments-named-user
