licensing system not working for me
My concern is with the new Adobe policy of license-based software. I was extremely frustrated when I was out-of-the-blue prompted to log in to Adobe just to open a pdf. My saved log-in did not work, and I was unable to open my flight document, which was a big problem for me in the moment. I have now solved that problem (by switching pdf viewers, to Preview). However, the root of my dissatisfaction is with the Adobe licensing system. I am a paid subscriber, and this system is not working for me. I absolutely do not want to be told that I have to log in, ever, in order to open my own documents. I feel strongly enough about this that I am evaluating non-Adobe solutions for my other software needs as well, which is tough for me, since I have been a loyal advocate for Illustrator and Photoshop for years. If anyone reads this and has a real solution (not the ineffectual apology I received from customer care) I would appreciate a response- Laura.Alonso@umassmed.edu. thanks

Hi Laura,
Apologies for the trouble you had using Acrobat.
I would like to tell you that subscription users need to sign in once initially when they launch the product for the first time.
Please let us know if you are prompted to sign in repeatedly on every launch, even after you have signed in Acrobat once.
