Named User Licensing - Actual Usage
As Adobe System Admin for my large enterprise, I very much need the ability to run a report on demand from the Admin Console that'll identify which users are utilizing which Adobe licenses to include their last usage date. This should be quite possible given Named User licenses (Federated ID) must check in to Adobe constantly and so Adobe already tracks user interaction with licensed apps. This would very much benefit my enterprise as I will remove users who are not utilizing the products after a period of time. Reference Case ID E-000007273.

Who at Adobe can provide an update on when we ( customers ) will see a usage report? Our request has been pending since 2020.

I need this ability to see usage for each product as well. We also have a lot of users and I do not think they're all using the features that require a license. It will help us to be able to issue these licenses to other users who need this functionality and have the others use Reader if it's determined that they are not using the Pro/Standard functionality.

3 years passed when the case was raised... Still '"Planned".
When we finally get this feature? I don't think it is so hard to implement for all products, especially if Adobe Sign already has it. Adobe Support sends us to Azure Support to configure Software Metering on Azure. It is ridiculous! -

I manage a very large enterprise, this would be very beneficial to manage cost.

This is frustratingly stupid. We need this feature to help justify spending a **** ton on adobe.
This feature has been in the "planned" state for over two years it seems like.

Has there been any update on this? This is a feature request that is needed for all Adobe products.

Looking forward to hearing that there is a report to show the list of users and their usage soon. Something that should be standard reporting in this day.

This is an important feature all of your customers need. This is not my entry, but I opened a similar entry for the same feature. Looking through the comments, many ideas are for this same feature. This is a big issue for your customers. Please make this available. thank you

I have not heard any updates from Adobe on this and it's been almost a year since I opened my wish here (I don't think Adobe Enterprise Admins see this as a wish but a required function). When does Adobe plan to provide this feature on the Admin Console? My ask is not a comprehensive one, I don't care about how often a product is used, I just need to be able to identify date of last usage for license management purposes.

We're considering moving away from DC Pro subscriptions as we can't validate who is and isn't using them. I'd like to be able to justify the annual spend for our enterprise based on usage, but without the info it looks like a very large line item to get cut in the budget and switch to a low-cost alternative. This feature is incredibly valuable to mid-sized and large enterprises.
