An error occurred while saving the comment Kelly Vaughn commentedJust show the properties toolbar and you'll have access to a full range of colors, without having to open up the comment Properties. Press Ctrl / Cmd + E to bring up the poetries toolbar.

Thanks for reaching out to us. For supporting collaborative viewing of PDF, Acrobat has come up with Send for Review option via the share button where the PDF is stored on the cloud and the team can add comments which will be visible to other users also with whom the file is shared.

An error occurred while saving the comment Kelly Vaughn commentedYou can do that already. Circle it either with the pencil tool or the ellipse tool. Then right-click and choose Open Pop-up Note.

They have added this feature in Acrobat DC.
