I would like this to automatically (without needing to @mention the person) tag the person and message them. I spend half my time going back in an @tagging people that someone has commented on their comment and they need to follow-up on it with the information to me.
>Example:
..Chris made a comment: "I think Jim and Susie should verify this." (But, Chris didn't know/correctly @mention them, just typed their names.)
..My reply: "@Jim, @Susie can you follow up on this comment (above) by @Chris?"
For long documents with multiple reviewers, this just gets more confusing for everyone.
