Tag + notify reviewers of comments + replies in Shared Commenting review
I'd love a way to tag reviewers in a comment—or in a reply to an existing comment—in a review PDF (hosted internally) that's set up for Shared Commenting, so that they may be notified via email of the comment in the document.
Some reviewers proof the document early, make a comment, and then never revisit the shared review PDF, so if someone replies to their comment, they do not see it. That has left the onus of communicating the missed replies and being a go-between on a single person in our organization.

I would like this to automatically (without needing to @mention the person) tag the person and message them. I spend half my time going back in an @tagging people that someone has commented on their comment and they need to follow-up on it with the information to me.
>Example:
..Chris made a comment: "I think Jim and Susie should verify this." (But, Chris didn't know/correctly @mention them, just typed their names.)
..My reply: "@Jim, @Susie can you follow up on this comment (above) by @Chris?"For long documents with multiple reviewers, this just gets more confusing for everyone.
Thanks, Laura.

I also agree that this is an important feature that is currently lacking. Currently, I will make a comment to a question another reviewer had on a document and I will have to then also write a separate email to them letting them know to open the shared review again. If you could integrate the @mention trigger on this Shared Commenting to automatically send this @mention an email with a link that a comment was made that would be so helpful.
