Please provide the following information. You can post a new idea or search for ideas already submitted.

For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  1. I do not like the new settings. How can I revert back to the old settings? The new upgrade doesn't have a good filter option to see on 1 screen what has been signed and what is still out for signatures. This is a terrible layout and I don't want to use it. Please advise.

  2. The last update to the Adobe Sign interface removed the management page and left us with a garbage pile of unorganized forms. The people designing this GUI obviously don't use it. You folks do realize that people use this software for business applications and when you just randomly change it, you interrupt /trash everyone's workflow? This is the 2nd Monday in a row that I had to run through updates to your software before I could even work. Your engineers have no consideration for the user community. You shouldn't be pushing updates weekly. We should have the choice of when…

  3. Charging me for a site I looked at now and can't refresh it! You never asked or told me just because i agreed to pay 99cents to that plus $9.99. Also I change my password on my email account and it locks me out of my MacBook Air like I am ready to sell this. Charging me and because I'm not on it every day it locks me out I have my passwords written down then you say wrong why do I have no problem signing in anywhere else but this MacBook Air?

  4. I am using the adobe document cloud send for signature feature. As I am filling out the document details the page will just randomly refresh or start loading and I'll either loose all the typing i just did or I have to re open the document to finish it. Its incredibly frustrating. and slows down my work flow considerably.

  7. This new format is TERRIBLE!!! Now agreements are buried down in the list instead of categorized by out for signature, completed, or waiting for my signature. It took 3 extra steps to get to the document history. HATE IT.

    The adobe send for signature option always crashes and it makes it difficult to do my work.

  12. We sent 2 separate documents to 2 separate emails within the same company and for some reason Adobe would not allow one of the parties to sign and even provided the party with a CONFIDENTIALLY signed document by the other party. How is this possible?!?!?!

  19. The new update hinders my experience and makes it harder to navigate through Adobe Sign. The singed and unsigned documents are no longer seperated and I can no longer search through my documents. I also can't find my templates in this new update as well. Please fix this issue as it is no longer helpful with this new update.
