Stop listening to the marketing dept and START LISTENING TO USERS
The last update to the Adobe Sign interface removed the management page and left us with a garbage pile of unorganized forms. The people designing this GUI obviously don't use it. You folks do realize that people use this software for business applications and when you just randomly change it, you interrupt /trash everyone's workflow? This is the 2nd Monday in a row that I had to run through updates to your software before I could even work. Your engineers have no consideration for the user community. You shouldn't be pushing updates weekly. We should have the choice of when to update and we shouldn't need to do so more than once a month. The last time you tried to remove the management page feature the entire user community threw a fit and then you reverted back to it. WHY WOULD YOU REMOVE A SYSTEM THAT YOU ALREADY KNOW WE ARE USING AND THAT WORKS FINE THE WAY IT IS. Stop listening to your marketing department and start listening to user feedback. Your product has been slowly disintegrating into A RESOURCE HOG since you moved to the cloud-based model. Keep it up and you will permanently lose customers and revenue. I'm so fed up with you guys at this point that I am aggressively looking for other solutions. So in other words, your "marketing plan" is driving users away, not towards your product.
