unable to connect to auth.services.adobe.com for request signatures page
I'm unable to pull up a doc within the Request Signatures section - it's saying "auth.services.adobe.com refused to connect" currently. Please help. Thanks.

Every time I tried to convert a file to pdf, I got a notification telling me to contact Support.
I am unable to convert files, even though I have an Adobe account. Everytime I tried to convert a file, I got a notification to contact Support.

Adobe sign
I bought the Adobe sign package for a year & i have not been able to use it ever since.
I tried adding my sign & tried adding a doc for sign & all i see for hours is a loading sign.
there is no live chat else any other user friendly & easy way of contacting somebody to fix the issue.
my money is wasted & i am using alternate methods to sign my documents.

Current page changing unexpectedly
Using Adobe Acrobat web. Whenever I load a pdf that I had been previously reading, it loads the page that I last left on, then in 5-10 seconds, it changes pages automatically and jumps ahead by a significant number of pages. It behaves almost like there's a page syncing issue that it doesn't realize it has the correct page already loaded from my previous reading session then tries to update the page forward, erroneously.

Edit text download keeps freezing
There is a problem with uploading file when it is being dragged and dropped into the edit field. I can only upload a file by clicking edit on my recent downloads that are found towards the bottom of the page.

Too many fonts
I know that in some of your apps there is the capability to prioritize the most frequently used fonts. This would be very helpful in Acrobat as well. I am not a heavy user and only occasionally modify PDF files. But when I do, it would be nice to either not look at dozens of fonts, some in languages I don't speak, by being able to hide them, or at least be able to have the fonts I use most listed first.

Cannot change default view settings
I would like the ability to change the default page view settings when opening a pdf in Adobe Acrobat Online, which I understand is the same product as Adobe Document Cloud.
The home page of the online app that I am referring to is: https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/home/?x_api_client_id=edge_extension_viewer
I want to change to Fit One Full Page (or Single Page View + Zoom to page level)
