From irritated that I have spent too much time finding the delete file function
Actually, I'm really irritated. Somehow, one of my private files has ended up on your cloud. I did not save my file to your cloud and I would like to delete it. However, you have made it IMPOSSIBLE to work out how to delete a file from your cloud. I would like to know where you've hidden the delete file function. I don't know if you're able to view my files (I hope not!) but I don't want my files on your network and I'm sure I'm not the only person who has suffered this. And it is a disgrace that you hide the delete function.

Just realized that today, as well! A Customer Service representative informed me hiding was their way of deleting a file, which was suspect. Did a little digging, and found all my hidden files!
