  1. Subject: Urgent Support Needed for Adobe Acrobat Subscription Issues
    Dear Adobe Acrobat Support Team,

    I hope this message finds you well.

    I am writing to seek urgent assistance with my Adobe Acrobat services. I am subscribed to the Adobe Acrobat plan, paying €12.99 per month, which includes the feature to edit PDF documents. However, since Friday, your services have not been functioning at all.

    I am unable to load or display any PDF documents, which has completely halted my work since Friday. I need to understand the reason for this issue and request an urgent resolution.

  2. I've created a form field overlay template, and applied it to a document, but instead of overlaying the form fields in the document, it opens the document I was working with when I created the form field overlay template. What am I missing?

  3. For e-signature, Please change the word "agreement" to "document" as it is not always an agreement. I would like to use it for invoices as well and other non-agreement.

  4. I am paying an absurd amount of money monthly to be able to use ONE aspect of adobe - to get signatures on documents. The fact that, without fail, I can count on "request e-signature services are temporarily unavailable" as an error message JUST when I've gotten into a workflow is absolutely infuriating. I wasted two work days already last week on hold with customer service when it would not work at all. How can this possibly be an acceptable level of product performance??????

  5. The auto-place fields makes the same mistakes on every one of these documents. Where it says "printed name" it inserts text instead of recipient name. Where it literally says TItle, it inserts text instead of my title. I only want it to insert date of signing, not date, and these fields seem to be assigned randomly. There needs to be a way to train this so that it does subsequent documents correctly. I have about 250 of these to send out and it should be so much faster than it is.

I have always found Adobe very difficult to use just gotten a very large multi page form from my employer I need to fill out I've tried everything I can to try to figure out how to fill in these boxes on my computer or on my phone and it is a nightmare I don't know if it's because the people in the office that made the document did not create it as a form or what but it is very difficult.

  7. This is awful. Adobe Acrobat keeps deleting text boxes that I have put and completed with text making me restart the whole document and not saving my work. I've tried everything. I have saved the pdf before adding more in an attempt to save my work but it just doesn't work.

  9. The saved data that is typed into forms should actually delete when you click the "clear data" button. Otherwise the program will keep trying to suggest things as you type and often it crashes trying to do so.

  10. Why do you continually move everything. You give us fill and sign and then you take it away. every time I go to use an APP you seem to have changed everything. NEWS FLASH your users are not ADOBE developers who know how to use everything and how to find everything. You make it sooooo hard for a regular user.

  11. Acrobat e-sign will frequently hang indefinitely while trying to autosave a document. Cannot download the document once stuck in the "Saving..." stall, so this effectively causes all new changes to be lost.

Hello, as an assistant I would LOVE if we could share template ownership as well as let owners resend templates that have errors without having to cancel or delete it and starting a new agreement, also if we can have the ability for signees to change the document name(maybe even with approval from owner) that would be great!!! please consider these requests and thank you for your time!!

  14. I have an issue with text input into a field not wrapping. When filling out the form, it looks fine, but submissions I receive have all of the text on one line, leaving it unreadable.

  16. Would be very helpful if the Initials tool when signing would 'stick' to the cursor so you could add multiple initials without having to click Sign>Initial every time.
    I am needing to initial 40-50 pages of a contract document and it takes considerably more time than it should having to perform 3 clicks per initial.

  18. Allow users to bulk download signed/filled documents as you would each individual. selecting more only states "cannot combine the documents" but would be beneficial to download multiple simultaneously.
