For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  1. Surprised to learn that if my subscription allows only two computers to run Acrobat at a time, a third cannot run Reader. That's a step backwards from the old days At least we can now read using Chrome or Edge, but isn't it a bit embarassing to have ceded that field?

  2. Hello, I design interactive pdf forms using Prepare Form. The javascripts i write do not run on Ipad and mobile phone. The work on the computer and on the browser. This is troubling because i cannot share these forms if they do not perform as designed across plat forms. The type of scripts i wrote is one that changes the layer visibility, and another is a number counter. I will this particular one for refrence "var day1 = this.getField("Day1").value;

  4. Move the items in the right banner back to the left or top - or at a minimum allow the user to choose where they go. I am constantly looking for them, and their placement is bad. I mainly use acrobat on the web to read pdfs, not to edit them. Not being able to easily find the tools to move around the document, makes your product less usable.

  5. In the web version of Adobe Acrobat, I am trying to save an image on a PDF that I opened with Adobe Acrobat. I can copy the image on the page and move it around, but I cannot right-click and save the image. My friend also uses the same app as I do but she can. When I try to get the desktop app, it opens the Creative Cloud app but does not actually download the Adobe Acrobat app. The Creative Cloud simply opens.

  6. Your convert to PDF feature is broken. When signed in, it is stuck in a never ending loop of refreshing the page.

    The only solution I have found is to use an incognito tab and use the free version...which is ridiculous for the amount of money this account cost.

  7. I can't get an important document I need to download and save to load in adobe acrobat to load and can't get any help from your chat bot or find help. This is ridiculous!!

  17. STOP subjecting me to "hints" that appear when I open a PDF! They have been occurring for at least several days now, and I find them ANNOYING! You know, the ones that are modal and end with "Try Now"

  18. Im soo frustrated- Adobe creative cloud is using 90% of my RAM memory and the program keeps crashing- 7 times yesterday! I am unable to even scan for words on a document without getting multitudes of errors.

    How can I turn off the cloud service and disable these additional features that I are making me LESS productive?

    Also My pop up blocker has blocked 193 of your attempts in the last 4 minutes that I have written this email. Please stop and let us use the program without all the unnecessary marketing and tracking! I have been paying $30/ month…
