For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  1. You stopped supporting the upload of files with the extension JPEG. When I renamed the same file to the extension 'jpg' it worked fine. Please fix this. The default extension for iphone photos is JPEG, it's critical you support these so I can photograph documents and turn the photos into a PDF.

  4. We should be able to grab and move files contextually. Make folders and organizing file share 'spaces' after files have been added is a nightmare. There should be an easier way to do this instead of 1 file at a time.

  5. Saving my pdf files is a nightmare on my laptop! It takes loads of time and it does not respond quite often so I miss my notes and edits. I thought saving or sharing it with myself in here helps to save the last version of a pdf with its notes, etc. but still the issue occurs when using the share button.

  7. PLease stop auto opening things that I upload. I don't want them open. I have to then click out of it to combine them with another thing I add. WHY did it start doing this

  11. your system worked pretty fast while i was on the free trial, but now that Im paying for it, I can't get it to do anything. ITs SUPPER SLOW to the point of being pointless to use. It sucks.

  12. When is Adobe going to upgrade this badly designed and built piece of rubbish?
    The page takes over a minute to load properly before I can do anything. The interface is slow and clunky (maybe implement drag and drop?). It feels like I'm taking a great leap backwards to 1993.
    Come on Adobe, you're better than this

  15. I used the dcan app on my phone to scan a receipt. I want to save that in my file system - dropbox in my case.

    I cannot see any easy way to do this. I can send the doc to myself, sometimes as a doc sometimes as a link.

    From the web service I cannot see anyway other than to print as a PDF and save that way.

    Hi Conor,

    Thank you for using Acrobat Web and sorry to see you are having issues with saving scan documents locally.

    Assuming you are using Adobe Scan, once you are done scanning please click the save pdf option which will appear in the top right corner.

    Now, either you can use copy to device option on mobile or you can open Acrobat Web and this new scan file will appear in the Recent list on the home page. Select the file and you will see an option to Download the file.

  17. Uploading PDF from my PC timeouts with out fail. It seems the request is being blocked due to CORS security policy issue. Please fix this as i had to disable CORS temporarily on my browser just to upload a file to abode.com online pdf editor. which is not a safe thing to do.

  18. i simply want to upload a word doc that i can turn into a pdf that is available for esignature but using adobe is just ridiculous it is so confusing..... why....why in this day and age

  19. Document cloud can not be accessed by finder on mac. Multiple other cloud storage companies (MEGA, Onedrive, Google Drive, etc.) can do it; why can't Adobe? This is a devastating omission and makes other adobe products useless in common workflows (Adobe Scan.) Secondly, I can access the document cloud from the Files app on my iPhone/iPad, so the functionality is there, but it is omitted from the devices that would benefit most.

  20. I love how the Adobe Sign is set up, but one feature I would like to see is a way to delete agreements. I've done a couple sample agreements just to test things but there is no way to delete these. And after a year or so I would like to delete older agreements also.
