Please provide the following information. You can post a new idea or search for ideas already submitted.

For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  1. Prefer old view

    I DO NOT like the new view. It was much easier to manage when I had a section of signed, waiting to be signed, cancelled and template library. Can I get my old view back?

  2. Previous version was way better

    Well to be honest I preferred previous version WAY better than this one. It's harder for me now to handle larger amount of files. :(

  3. Template Access

    I've already spoken with someone in customer service via phone, but I just wanted to make it very clear that it is simply embarrassing for a company as large as Adobe to have shipped this completely broken update to Sign/Document Cloud. Clearly little to no QA was done with this product as anyone who uses this on a semi-regular basis would see that access to templates had been extremely limited (or simply removed entirely). I have never been this frustrated with Adobe, seriously, this was a MAJOR ***** up on the part of your engineering team, and if another issue…

  4. Can't add files from Google Drive

    Trying to add files from Google Drive and get the following error: "Sign in with google temporarily disabled"
    It was working before the update of Adobe Document Cloud.

  5. Connect to Creative Cloud

    Hello!

    How can I connect Document Cloud to Creative cloud? And why are they separated in the first place..Or alternatively, Adobe Scan app should have an option to save the pdf in the creative cloud instead.

  6. Your Adobe Fill and Sign SUCKS

    Boy does this online experience SUCK. I just want to edit the fields of a PDF, and I used to be able to do that on my desktop. Now you make me upload the document and go to something called Adobe fill and sign. I wait 5+ minutes while a circle spins and the message is Loading Adobe Sign...

    Forget it! This is just STUPID. Goodbye.

  7. Where art thou templates?

    This platform is terrible. Where are my templates? Why does the "create template" keep disappearing in the menu? I am so disappointed in this Adobe product.

  8. Files Sync with a PC folder or a Google Drive Folder

    Please add a feature that allow us to sync the cloud files with a folder in the PC. So that when I scan a document with my mobile phone I will find it in my PC folder. same as Google Drive and oneDrive are doing. Or to let the files to be Sync automatically with a Google drive folder.

  9. Enhancement to the software feature.

  12. Request Easier File Folder Management

    Your website Doc Cloud Files are difficult to Navigate. It is hard to Rename the files. Some are for Viewing only, others for Sharing, Review, Signature. Let me put ALL my Scanned files in ONE folder, from there, I should Open them, "Save As" Rename them, and that is it.

  14. Viewing Document Cloud folder from Adobe Scan APP

    Hi, I want to know if it´s possible to see the folders created into http://documentcloud.adobe.com/AdobeScan/ from the Adobe Scan APP for iphone. (I can see the docs in the path directory (/adobeScan) but can´t see the folders I created into its folder. Thanks!

  16. Update completely buggered my workflow

    Since the update, Document Cloud is completely broken. It no longer supports any of the PDFs that I normally use (and worked before the update), nor does it function in Chrome now. This is severely interfering with my workflow pipeline. PLEASE FIX.

  20. Adobe DC not synched cross Browser/Mac to iphone app

    Hallo, ich bin Adobe Creative Suite Pro User. Ich zahle viel Geld dafür und bin grundsätzlich zufrieden mit der Leistung. ABER, was ich nicht verstehe ist warum die Dokumente, welche in der Desktop (MAC) App und Chrome Browser Version als Vereinbarungen bezeichnet werden so nicht in der Adobe Reader DC App auf dem Iphone angezeigt werden können. Auch in der Übersicht unter Zuletzt Verwendete sehe ich die Vereinbarungen/Dokumente in der IPhone app nicht vs. der Browser bzw. Desktop Version. Anbei das Transkript mit Ihrem Kundenservice Mitarbeiter. Das ursprüngliche Problem mit dem "Einfrieren" liegt erfreulicherweise nicht mehr vor. Anbei einige Screeshots,…
