Why won't you exclusively show me the services that are included in my plan?
I click on "Access Services" from my account and I often click on something that is listed under "My Services" that requires me to upgrade my account to use it.

I pay $75 a year for a product I use once a quarter, and now you want to limit where I edit at. Nope, cancelled. There are too many free apps out there. And even Apple is adding all these features over time, if "Security" was the reason to not use free apps. Bye1 vote

I used to live in russia. That was, thankfully, a long time ago. Since then I became an Irish citizen and live in Ireland. I wanted to use the Adobe service but the website shows me it cannot process a request for a free trial as if I'm still in russia. that would be tragic. Please consider giving users an option if they are not in the sanctioned countries. I donate money to Ukraine. Probably I registered an Adobe account a long time ago when I used to live there (>10 years ago).2 votes
Totally disappointed to see charges to my card despite cancelling subscriptions. Just learned I am being charged for photoshop. Fantastic. Please cancel all subscriptions and stop charging my card. Never coming back again2 votes

Exporting a file is extremely difficult requiring multiple steps through the Adobe program, Microsoft Edge, and eventually finding the website where my account is located. Just found out I can't edit a PDF file? I only paid to export files. Do I pay, don't pay, what did I pay for, I have no idea. My next effort is finding where I cancel my subscription. If I purchase something I want it. I don't want to look for it or find out I'm not getting what I thought I was getting.1 vote
