  1. PDF comment resolution in web UI is buggy

    I believe the feature for resolving comments in a PDF in the web UI is flawed. After I resolve comments, very often I will return to the document and they're not resolved. I can confirm I'm looking at the latest/refreshed PDF in the UI, and I'm certain my collaborators have not unresolved the comments.

    Hiermit möchte ich Erstellung eines dynamischen Stempels für Rechnungen und Gutschriften vorschlagen. Von Vorteil wären ausfüllbare Felder, z.B. für einen Namen. Es wäre auch ein dynamisches Stempel mit "Bezahlt" und Datum hilfreich. Vielen Dank.

  4. Suspending comments after PDF has been shared with general link

    Currently, in the web UI for Adobe Acrobat, if you've allowed comments by sharing the document via a general link (rather than sending specific invitations), the only way to disable comments at a particular point in time is to unshare the document entirely. A more useful and user-friendly approach would be similar to the proof functionality in Workfront, where even if you've shared the PDF/document with a general link (or a combo of general link and invitations), at a certain point in time, you can suspend further commenting while still allowing collaborators to access the PDF.   6. Write the text of highlighted text in the comments instead of the words "highlighted text"

    when highlighting text for a comment, in the comment page, can it write out at least the first line of the highlighted text instead of just saying "highlighted text"?

  8. Adding Stamps

    Is there a reason that stamps can't be added to a PDF from anything other than the desktop version!? Even when using the desktop version, through another app wont allow stamps, or custom stamps. Whats the deal with this?!?!?

  12. Option to turn off comment pop up box when drawing (web version)

    I used adobe acrobat on the web and I use the pencil drawing tool a lot. Today 2/3/2025 there is a comment box that pops up. There is seemingly no way to turn this off on the web version. This is incredibly annoying and needs to be a option to turn on and off. Again this is the web version.

  14. Tagging anyone in my org

    I find it frustrating that Acrobat web doesn't integrate with my outlook contacts so that when I access a web link I cannot tag anyone in my company organization

    Makes collaboration very frustrating. I'm also not clear on what rules allow for tagging in people (or how to tag people who haven't yet accessed the document)

    This is very basic technology - and expected from how I use Word/Google docs.

  15. Helpful features for Acrobat in document cloud

    Hello, I'm a Acrobat power user, spending much of my working day in the application. I've recently begun using the document cloud for collaboration around PDFs (multiple collaborators performing reviews and annotating using the Comments pane). It is really great! A few features that would make it more useful:

    • Ability to search for comments by text string (like in the installed application)
    • Ability to copy a link directly to a comment (like you can do with an "update" message in Workfront)
    • Ability to set the status of a comment (like in the installed application: Approved, Rejected, Cancelled, None, etc.)
