You could improve the experience by not lying. It says "free online pdf editor" including ADDING TEXT. Then you are forced to create an account and when you try to add text, it tells you that you need to upgrade to a PAID subscription in order to use EDIT the PDF and ADD TEXT. So it says free and then forces you to pay...make it make sense.
