Fix this. It is useless since none of its functions actually work. Waste of money if it can't be fixed.
What is the point of paying R152 pm for a service that does not work. The AI assistant worked for one document and no refuses to load. When it does eventually load, it can't perform any of its functions. If I submit a question it loads for five minutes before telling me it can't. Please tell me how this can be fixed before I cancel my subscription.
