Login issue
The subscription and login process for Adobe is completely broken. I spent over 1.5 hours today just trying to receive a functional verification code to access my account.
As a UX professional with 30 years of experience, I can state with certainty that this onboarding workflow completely ignores the customer’s perspective. It is, without a doubt, one of the worst user experiences I have ever encountered.
If you don't change your UE, I know your future.
