Template and E-Sign function is broken
This template contract doesn't work anymore after some update you rolled out. When I press E-Sign, nothing happens. I have sent this template many times before without issues.
I don't see any of the fields I had prepared.
Some pages are squashed and stretched and look ugly now.
Please help ASAP.

Signature placement and date of agreement
- One recurring issue we've faced is the placement of signatories' signatures. Unfortunately, signatures often appear on a new page instead of the designated place within the document. This has led to signatories having to re-sign documents multiple times, which can be both frustrating and time-consuming.
In our documents, it is essential for us to include the "date of agreement" as a required column. However, we've encountered instances where the date doesn't display at all. This inconsistency affects the accuracy and completeness of our records.

The E-Sign has not worked for me the last two times and it is very frustrating.

Uploads take forever!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Every time I try to upload a file to edit or use, it either takes forever or never loads and stays in endless loop. Not worth it if this is routine in Adobe

Angry - very angry!
By immediately going back to the old format on ADOBE SIGN - THIS IS A TRAVESTY - there was NOTHING wrong with the old format. You have lost your minds if you think this is functional or intuitive. What galactically stupid programmer thought this was an improvement?? After 10 years - I am out and changing to something better than this garbage. This needs to be blown up on social media to get you to change.

Text not copying and pasting
You coul make the text boxes actually copy and paste, this is supposed to be a premium, industry leading service. PDF is your bread and butter, and editing text is a nightmare

ALWAYS CRASHES
It always crashes when I compress a pdf file. I don't know it always crashes even though my internet is perfectly fine or it is one your tricks to let your consumers to buy the subscription. You are all words saying this application is free with the free version you can COMPRESS, edit, and organize files but it always crashes when it reach 100%. You are all greedy for money without considering those who can't afford the premium version of this. You aren't the man of your words. Thank you and may God bless you always

New Update Horrible Sept 2023
New Adobe Modern update is HORRIBLE. E-signature function has decreased exponentially in usability and ease. I wish there was a way to revert back to the last OS.

We are sorry that you are having trouble with the new update. Could you provide more information about what is causing you issues? Also, to revert back to the old version you can do the following steps:
- Click on your profile
- Select Settings
- In E-signing settings, uncheck the box for "Use the latest version of Request e-signatures"
- Click Save and wait for the confirmation toast
This will apply only to NEW drafts created after changing this setting

e-signatures is not working
My IT department has asked I email you directly. I am trying to use e-signatures and it is not working. It says to contact the Administrator. It was working on Friday. Please help as I have agreements I need to send through. Rachel

Reminders on E-signing
I am shocked with how many things Adobe have managed to break with each update. To add to the extensive list of things going wrong - reminders for e-signatures are now suddenly working, meaning our entire client list just got reminders for documents they have already signed. So you've managed to fix it, while simultaneously breaking it.

Go back to the old e-sign, new one is rubbish
your new Adobe e-sign is rubbish! So many more steps than before, it jumbles the document title and I have to rewrite it, I placed the signature box where it should be and nope, it changed the location and now the signature is in a completely different place! I have to add email addresses all over again and names - why do I need to add names!? Revert back to the old method immediately, there was NOTHING WRONG WITH IT!
