1. Bad quality useless - tricked my first compression attempt so I had to sign uop

   The first free compression that you allowed reduced the file to terrible quality ( ususable), I had clicked the box for compression to a final file of 12mb, yet it gave me a 525k file that was useless. Now you want me to do a free trial. I feel that you are not being honest and tricking me to sign up. Not happy and would appreciate another attempt before I have to sign up

4. Your product is very disappointing.

   Hi the product is working awful with anything that is not english. Moving and editing lines is simply impossible, you add something and after applying all kinds of right to left tricks (like adding the dot in the beginning of the line to view it at the end) - when I hit save - It does not show on the changed document!! if there's another step needed to show changed on print you should mention this.
   Your product is not better than any of the pdf converter tools that are available online, yours is over priced and given the fact it does not actually work - highly over priced.
   how come you have do much missing fonts? fo you believe this product is worth 800 ILS (over 200$) a year?? when I enrolled to the membership i was convinced that adobe is in the front of using PDFs and that the product should be amazing - also according to the price you asked for.. but so so sadly it does not do anything as promised. This does not come from a non-technological point of view - I'm a software engineer and highly trained in working with many interfaces and internet services. This one has disappointed my greatly.

   If you would like a demonstration of struggles I experienced please reach out - I am sure you could benefit from my comments and improve your product (any improvement should help)

5. Fill boxes moved in extension

   When I open files in the extension on Chrome, the boxes to fill in the forms are not where they should be. If I open the same file in firefox (no extension) the boxes are where they ought to be.
   It will only let me attach one file, so I've shown what it looks like with the extension in chrome.

6. Embed videos won't play in shared PDF

   I am really enjoying the shareable PDFs however it seems that if I have an embedded video in my PDF, it won't work on the online version. I'm not sure if this is a user error of if the feature is not supported. In any case I haven't been able to find any documentation on this.

8. Missing Hebrew characters

   When using e-sign and filling the form with Hebrew character, after downloading the pdf file the Hebrew characters disappear.
   In the attached file I have filled the two middle columns.

9. Adobe Sign Addition Feature

   I'd like a form field for an Adobe Sign template that can add numbers from other fields. e.g. I want people to fill in an expense report with Adobe Sign, but they are bad at math, so I want it to add the subtotal columns they fill in to automatically create a total, like I could in an Excel sheet.

11. Bounced Email not evident

    When a document is sent to an invalid email there is no indication on the In Progress screen that the email bounced, or failed. There needs to be either an email sent to advise that the event failed, or there needs to be an on-screen indication that an event failed, or preferably both.

13. Resolved filter doesn't work as well as Checkmarks

    When I share PDFs I have to use the dropdown menu for each comment and mark them Resolved. This is very close to Deleted and I have deleted comments accidentally that cannot be recovered. Please change this to the checkmark box option that's in normal PDFs. The Unchecked filter works better that way as well. In shared PDFs when I mark an edit Resolved it doesn't disappear even though my filter is set to only show Unresolved comments. I have to keep turning the filter on and off to hide the resolved comments. The checkmark feature is so much better. I check a box and can't accidentally delete the comment. The checked/unchecked filter also works way better. I don't have to turn it on and off to make it work.

14. Account Security & File Sharing Feedback

    Many people have requested for two factor authentication by sending code to e-mail to be available. Even though it says it is turned on automatically, there has been times I was able to login with just password and no code. Therefore, please make this an available method so a code from e-mail is required for each login.

    Adobe should also have a feature available to restrict download, copy and screen shot of pdf files shared from adobe cloud. I'm surprised as this feature is available in other companies.

    This platform could really benefit with a drawing box for signatures. When assigning a doc to someone if they need a witness signature they are unable to complete it without changing all signatures.

    Ciao, nel filtro commenti dei PDF condivisi online, chiedo se è possibile attivare contemporaneamente i commenti da risolvere + i commenti in stato “Risolto”.
    Attualmente vedo che è possibile vederli solo separatamente attivando o disattivando il pulsante “Risolto”.
    Si può valutare questa cosa, magari inserendo un nuovo pulsante? Grazie
