I do not like this new update ...AT ALL
I need to be able to see who I've sent a document to without opening the document. I send the same document to several people daily and must keep track of who has signed and who hasn't. The ability to see this information was one of the reasons that I chose to continue with Adobe Sign after the trial period. This new platform sucks and has added hours to my workday and makes running my business difficult. Please add the ability to see who has and has not signed without opening several documents

Update is Awful
I can't see who I sent all these agreements to without clicking on individually. This is such a dissappointment and will force me to find another solution. I used to be able to see visually what I sent and who. My documents in many cases say the same thing, so this makes this way incredibly hard.

not happy, jan!
where are all the files i had in my account? how do i find the signed ones if they all have the same name and not that of the recipient? wtf did you do to the interface to make it such a load of ****!!! i am in the middle of sending out and receiving a large amount of contracts and i log in to find it has all changed and is useless. when will this be fixed? ( i rang your helpline to be told 'sorry' but no explanation or help!

Adobesign interface is disorganized and not user-friendly
This new interface is AWFUL. Here are a few things that are missing:
- easy access to my templates
- easy access to my unsigned agreements
- no dashboard view/information of the signer (if all my agreements have similar names - I don't know which any of them belong to)
- easy view of all signed agreementsYou've designed this to look like dropbox... which makes no sense. We need to be able to access legal information on here. SORTING everything by date makes no sense at all.

cannot re-send files for signature from cloud
The option to re-send a file is no longer available. Please re-instate this vital feature.
Also, when viewing files, it was handy to have them sort into categories - waiting for signature, signed etc. this is no longer available either.1 vote -

Once again you change things without asking.
How can you improve the experience? Maybe stop breaking things and give some, or may be any warning whatsoever that you're going to completely drop applications from your service.
Yesterday I login to Adobe sign and it was the classic environment that was GASP useful and GASP had information relative to the task at hand... today I login to adobe sign and it' barely a glorified jump drive.
Where was the warning? Where's my documents older than 30 days? Where's any semblance that you people care one iota about your customers?

New Deisgn is Difficult
This new version is very difficult to navigate. You have to click for signature, and then filter by status just to see the documents you are awaiting signature from. Very poor design. Also, how do you remind people that they need to sign something, use to be so easy. Not happy with this new version at all.

New interface is absolutely terrible
This new interface is absolutely awful. I have had nothing but trouble and I can't even figure out when something has uploaded with another item. Boy, have you ever taken a gem of a program and made it difficult to use. I'm afraid that I am going to have to find another cloud share program as I am not going to be able to waste any more time.

Userface is horrid
I do not like this newer version of Adobe Pdf Send!! The previous version was so much better and easier to use. The Send & Track Button has disappeared, you can no longer put a Company logo on the delivery email to recipient and it seems you have to attach multiple files a longer winded way, rather than just drag and drop files, add a title, email address and then Send. Files also when uploading seem to error so it takes several attempts to actually send. Please sort it out!!!

Document signature delay (pre meeting preparation)
It would be great to be able to prepare a document for signature so that during an online meeting while discussing the document we can simply push it out to be completed...
if you have mulitiple documents, applications etc, they could be completed very quickly as opposed to sending them after the meeting and waiting for the clients to complete them.0 votesHello Daniel,

Stop making changes
Stop changing this app. It worked perfectly fine the way it was. This is exactly the same, just in a different order. It took me twice as long to route a document because I had to go slowly to make sure I didn't miss a step. The form fields are off to the side and I can't drag it to make it larger. It took me 4 tries to type a personal message because the text box was hidden.

Automatic Name of your Adobe sign send for signature
Hello. the new adobe sign doesn't automatically make the name of the document the name of the first attached file. It automatically names it binder. Could you update this please
