For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

    We are sorry you are experiencing trouble with this feature and the inconveniences this could cause you.

    However, it's important to mention that, despite the fact that this field can't be set as required directly from authoring, once the file is sent for signature the Title field is set as required.   2. One two occasions now the Adobe E-Sign did not pick up on required initials. At first I thought it was my error and redid the document. I received back initials from Recipient #1 but not #2 and if you look at the document, it does not appear that the initials were requested. I was extremely careful the second time I sent it out.

    I will use a different platform but would like to know how to avoid this in the future.

  3. Adobe Sign/E-sign keeps erroring out when I try to add a signature block. I have tried to use it 7 times and it keeps crapping out.

    I have used different documents. I have tried to make a template.
    I have tried to use a PDF and Word document.

    I am very disappointed -- how can I rely on AdobeSign for time sensitive items?

    Are you able to please create a search bar for Agreements whereby you can search for a specific client's email address? At the moment it takes a lot of time and to scroll through each folder looking for a specific client. Many thanks.

  10. When I create a PDF template for signatures, text fields that are center aligned become right aligned. This is visible when I click "Use Template" and I am preparing a form for e-signatures. It is very frustrating. E-signing pdfs is great otherwise.

  12. When signing the form, the signatures do not appear on the designated space, but rather just at the bottom of the form. Please fix this. Documents need to be signed in the correct location they say to sign.

  16. Stop it with making everything a cloud-based experience. It's lame and fails the user experience. It is not well-featured, and is not easy to use, and flat out doesn't work for saving files locally, for editing/fill&sign flow and ease of use, nor exporting PDFs. Get rid of the cloud **** and bring back a real app on a real hard drive. Your old app for acrobat pro was just fine. Then you had to make it "all online" and break it. I cannot even download PDF files anymore, the button doesn't work for "download".

  17. On Chrome OS, we need to just be able to edit the individual file. Some of us like to use our Files app to open our things in Google Drive, meaning the only way we can edit files via Acrobat is to replace the file, and that is not ideal. Just give us the ability to edit them on-device. It's possible, you just need to enable the proper protocols. Then, we'd be able to open our files without directly signing into Google Drive. On Mobile, this isn't a problem, since on my phone I can edit Drive files if I…

  18. When sending agreements, there is an option to download individual files that actually used to work prior to this update. Unfortunately, now all documents uploaded to be electronically signed are bound together and cannot be downloaded as individual files. Please change this back!

  19. I am unable to edit certain text on some files. Why is this? It is usually after I create a form and fill in blank areas. I can edit the form areas but not the parts filled in. It is very frustrating.

  20. Everytime I send out an e signature request I get an email saying document was undeliverable, then a few minutes later I get an email confirming document has gone out for delivery. Please find attached screenshot of undeliverable msg.
