  1. Combining Files takes hours on two pages. what do I do?

    It is taking hours for a 3 page PDF to combine the individual PDFs. HELP!!!

  4. Corrupted or Damaged

    I selected and viewed my tax return from H&R Block, I tried to create a PDF and received the message Corrupted or Damaged. I then tried to send it to Acrobat and then open it in Acrobat but received the same message Corrupted or Damaged.

    Would you please provide more information about the problem so that we can troubleshoot it?

    You said: “I tried to create a PDF and received the message Corrupted or Damaged.”

    It sounds like the PDF document was already damaged before you sent it to your iPad/iPhone and open it in Acrobat Reader for iOS.

    How did you create the PDF document? Did you export it from the H&R app on desktop or iPhone/iPad?

    Where did you see the first error message about “Corrupted or Damaged”?

    Would you please send the same PDF document to a Windows or Mac computer to open it in the desktop version of Acrobat Reader?

    Please let us know what you find.

  5. AirPrint to pdf

    I am looking for an option on iPhone to use AirPrint to generate a PDF. If adobe showed up as a printer option under AirPrint like it does on a windows PC, this would make life easier!

  8. Unable to save PDF documents to my iCloud files

    I used to be able to save my PDF documents on my iCloud files after editing them in the Adobe Acrobat app which I could access from all my devices. Now, I’m unable to save the PDF files to my iCloud files which makes Adobe Acrobat app of no use to me as I am unable to save any work done. Please assist.

  10. The option to add images to an interactive PDF form via a mobile device.

    I have created a fillable form that has a text area and a location for the user to upload an image. It works great on a laptop however it does not work on an iPad.
    This is crucial for business success.

  13. Share webpage/pdf directly to a PDF Space

    I am a huge fan of PDF Spaces / but on my phone I have to do a multi-step process to save a webpage or PDF to a PDF space.

    First, I have to click “share” in the web browser. Then I have to click “create PDF”. Then I have to wait for the PDF to be created locally on my Acrobat iOS app and then I can finally click to “Add to PDF Space”.

    This creates two frustrations:

    1) too many steps for most users
    2) creates redundant copies of the same PDF (one locally saved on my Acrobat…

    Why can’t I export a pdf to a jpeg like I can on my laptop? In order for me to do it, I have to get another app. I think it should be a feature for the iPhone.

  17. Writing to Adobe drive in my files app.

    In the iOS files app. I like to sign in to my cloud storage accounts to read and write files to them. However, I cannot write files to the adobe acrobat drive because it says read only. Could you please change this.

  18. G-Mail の 保存・編集

    G-Mail で 受信した E-Mail を そのままの型で Acrobat で 保存・編集 が 出来るようにしてほしい。

    これが出来ると思ってサブスクリプションを購入したのだから。出来ないのなら お金を返してほしいと思うくらいです。このような事を思っているのは決して私だけではないはずです。
