  5. Add the option to open a copy of a saved PDF rather than edit the original.

    Add the option to open a copy of a saved PDF rather than edit the original.
    This is a work around to OS systems automatically updating your opened file so that the original file can continue to be used. Exactly like Adobe fill and sign used to do automatically…

  6. Save as...” feature when editing a document.

    When editing an existing document being able to “Save as...” enables to keep the original name and save the document with a new name.

  7. Unable to fill out forms (was: Edit)

    Why can’t I edit a PDF I received through email. I tried enabling editing but still not working. Also converted it to word but that doesn’t work also.

  9. Create your own bookmarks and edit an existing highlight.

    Give us the option to make bookmarks , as it’s already possible on Androids. Would be better for rapid searching in long documents like books.

    Also give us the option to edit an existing highlight , i mean we need to be able to extend that highlight as it already possible on Androids. Here we have to delete that highlight and create a new one and thats not handful at all.

  10. More fluid note taking capability on PDF. It’s too clunky right now.

    I’m using the software right now to read and study operating manuals. It requires me to take a lot of notes for future reference. The current system is very clunky and hard to use. A more fluid interface would be a nice feature.

  11. Pencil

    I would like more Pencil options for editing pdf. OneDrive has several different type of pencils.

    At work we use green freehand marker for completed wirings, and we use another freehand pencil for writing changes with red color on the pdf.
    In your program we have only one option for freehand and it’s not very convenient when we have to change the thickness and adjust the see through setting. If you had one more freehand option we would change to acrobat on an instant

  15. Eraser tool and bookmarks option

    An eraser tool would be excelent , i always have to use "undo option" for all of my adnotations , which is quite frustrating because sometime it will clear all my word, not only a letter. and also not handy at all.

    Also would be great to introduce "create a bookmark option" - because sometime there are long documents that you have to make your own bookmarks as you do on android ( would be great if you could name them yourself , that isn't even on android).

    And special bookmark button would be great too

  17. Offline Mode Enhancement Request

    Working with https://harni.news, we often need to access PDFs without internet connection. Please add the ability to pre-download document batches for offline access with all commenting features enabled. Current offline functionality is too limited for field operations.

  18. XFA file Editing on Adobe Mobile (e.g. IpadOS)

    Adobe needs to update the Adobe Mobile app to allow XFA file editing and signing. I cannot open, edit, or sign a XFA (fillable PDF) file on my M4 iPad Pro running iPadOS 18.6.

    It’s now 2025 and mobile operating systems are prolific in personal, government, and business use. It is unacceptable that Adobe hasn’t addressed this yet. This is NOT a device capability limit.
