  1. When filling in boxes on a pdf, ctrl+del and ctrl+backspace do the same thing. Ctrl+backspace should delete the previous word, but it deletes the next word instead. In other places, ctrl+backspace functions properly.

  2. Steps to reproduce the issue:

    1. Open a pdf document.
    2. Highlight a sentence.
    3. Copy only the middle text of the highlighted sentence using cmd+c. (Should not include any character outside the highlighted text)
    4. Try to paste it on the word document.

    Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.):
    OS : Mac Catalina
    Application: Acrobat Reader DC.
    Version: 20.006.20034

    Expected result:
    Should be able to paste

  3. Currently, when I use Adobe Acrobat to access a pdf on my Google Drive and comment on the pdf, saving the file to my Google Drive will sometimes create a new file inside my Google Drive instead of overwriting the original. Then I will have two files like "original.pdf" and "original (Conflicted Copy date and time).pdf)" Even when I go out of my way to click "Save As.." and overwrite the file in my Google Drive with the original name, Adobe will still save the pdf as a separate file called "Conflicted Copy." There needs to be a better way…

  4. Under a Windows 10 environment, when navigating a folder with the Preview Pane enabled, the time for the preview pane to populate is greatly increased. Under Windows 7, the preview pane was immediate and crisp. Windows 10, however, the preview pane takes (literally) over a full second to populate, during which time you also cannot click or down arrow to the next file until it displays. I've duplicated this issue on multiple PC's. The thumbnails show immediately, but the preview pane seems to have to actually load each file--every time. Even bouncing back and forth between two files takes over…

  5. Hi Adobe,

    On Microsoft Windows 10, Acrobat Reader DC 2020.006.20034 incorrectly changes ∊ (unicode U+220A) to ε (U+03B5) when copied from a PDF File and pasted into another program.

    I get this:
    'THIS NOUN' ε 'THAT WORD'

    But, the expected result is:

    'THIS NOUN' ∊ 'THAT WORD'

  6. I saved a 3D-PMI file into PDF file format. When I use my desk computer with NVIDIA Quadro K2200 to view the notes in PDF, the item selected cannot highlight in red. But if I use my laptop with Intel integrated graphics card, the item selected can highlight. How this Issue happens? I have updated my driver already and my DirectX version is 12.0. All settings in AdobeReader are the same.
    Could you tell me how to solver this problem?

  7. allow multiple PDF files to be converted/exported to EXCEL files (or other) in a single operation.
    Specify an INPUT folder (instead of ONE file); specify an OUTPUT folder (one folder only); select conversion format (like EXCEL); then convert each available PDF to the chosen output format, one output file for each input pdf

  9. Once signed in to adobe creative cloud and viewing notifications through clicking on the bell symbol - you are only able to dismiss certain notifications. For example you are unable to dismiss or delete notifications regarding the deactivation of fonts from font pack resulting in a long backlog of notifications you can't get rid of.

Hi, I have a question about Acrobat Reader, wenn I have an open pdf-file and want to remove it form the folder on my computer, I get the message that removing is not possible because the file is opened. Would it be possible to add an option "Close and remove". This happens to me a lot during my working day and this solution would be very convenient for me.

  11. I find read-aloud a a very useful feature as it allows use of an additional sense of hearing for absorb the content of a document. I suggest following features
    1. Configuration to ignore figures, listing and side bars
    2. Support for other languages. As of now my version of Acrobat reader can not read Hindi (Indian language).

  13. I need for the service you have provided me for many years to be fixed immediately. I need to be able to send multiple pdf files and pictures at the same time in one link. Please email me as soon as this feature is available again. In the meantime I will be looking at other software providers to fill my needs.

  15. The support of the reading function in Acrobat Reader (Mac OS) has been broken for a long time. It works only once (highlight text, request the system to read, works fine. Choose another text paragraph and retry → fails). This is persistent for years now. I'd be very happy if this could be fixed.

  19. 1) Don't pull info from Google to log me in. It automatically used the info from the wrong email account and it took forever to find the logout button (the symbol for my name/account info was not one I chose, it looked like a tiny pie chart).
    2) Make it affordable. $180 a year just to be able to edit documents is pretty steep. $25 a year....ok, I can see that. I expected to have full use of the system for that. I's even pay $50 per year. Maybe have multiple tiers for membership?

  20. When you right-clicked, there is no UNDERLINE option but there is a strikethrough option. Adding an Underline option would be more productive for many users as well as appreciated.
