  1. Allow selective print of tiles from Poster print / Tiled print

    When printing a "Poster" or tiled printout, where the PDF is not scaled but is printed on multiple sheets, one should be able to selectibely only print certain sheets. This is useful, for example, if you have a 15 or 20 sheet print of some architectural plans (or any large file) and you have a printer error with 2 pages to go. Now you have to re-print everything, which could take an hour or more depending on printer, and is a waste of energy, ink, an paper and harms the environment.   2. (The free version) On macOS you should NOT break normal system behaviors like "Print to PDF".

    That is a system behavior and is expected of all apps on macOS. "Print to PDF" is NOT a creative function, but an output function. It would be useful for getting around bugs etc, related to printing.

  3. I am trying to print a single page of my PDF. I ask it to print page 2, and it prints page 12.

    When a single page or range of pages is printed, print the correct page(s). I was trying to print page 2 of my PDF, and page 12 printed.

    I got around it by going to page 2 and printing current page.

  5. Hovering over a sticky note: display its text consistently

    When a mouse hovers over a sticky note, its content should normally be displayed in a popup.

    However, whether it will actually appear depends on the direction from where the mouse approaches the sticky note.

    I suggest that the content be displayed no matter how a user moves the mouse onto the note.

  6. google drive save conflicted copy

    Currently, when I use Adobe Acrobat to access a pdf on my Google Drive and comment on the pdf, saving the file to my Google Drive will sometimes create a new file inside my Google Drive instead of overwriting the original. Then I will have two files like "original.pdf" and "original (Conflicted Copy date and time).pdf)" Even when I go out of my way to click "Save As.." and overwrite the file in my Google Drive with the original name, Adobe will still save the pdf as a separate file called "Conflicted Copy." There needs to be a better way…

  7. The Cost and Subscription Options

    I'm an occasional user that only needs some of the premium features in Reader once in a while. An example would be adding or removing pages. $13.49 per month is absolute robbery. Instead, I use free programs when needed. Why not offer reasonable pricing plans, with annual payment options that non-commercial users can afford. Adobe thinking seems to be they'd rather have 100% of $0, rather than price it reasonably and add millions of new paying subscribers. Adobe is the best product; why not price it cheap and drive the copycats out of the market.

  8. PMI

    I saved a 3D-PMI file into PDF file format. When I use my desk computer with NVIDIA Quadro K2200 to view the notes in PDF, the item selected cannot highlight in red. But if I use my laptop with Intel integrated graphics card, the item selected can highlight. How this Issue happens? I have updated my driver already and my DirectX version is 12.0. All settings in AdobeReader are the same.
    Could you tell me how to solver this problem?

  10. OCR tool for scans that recognizes books scanned open and splits the pages into their seperate sheets to optimize reading electronically.

    I keep getting scans from teachers of things that i am supposed to read but they scan them with the book open and it is super obnoxious to read. I am trying to figure out how to split the pages in half but the split function seems to split by pages not literally split the PDF in half by OCR ing the page and seeing the middle where the crease is separate. Its weird that the adobe scan app for my phone is better than acrobat dc

  11. see multiple - previous, next and/or out of sync - pages at once or a quick view between them

    a feature that allows selection of a random, or multiple random, pages to view on the same screen or view with a quick action while reading.

    much like when physically reading a technical publication that refers ahead or behind to photos or diagrams, you'll start to hold the page(s) with maybe a finger or two so you can quickly switch back and forth.

    it would be nice to select a certain random page or maybe 2-3 to show on screen while reading your current page.

    another option would be the ability to select 1 or multiple pages to view then…

  12. i am create tables with ms word 2016 and export to pdf.

  13. Fix failure to start up

    Conditions: Windows 10. My internet was flaky, I think because my Ethernet wired interface has a hardware problem. For instance, Chrome was very slow or would not load a website at all. Edge would load sites usually when in this condition. I do not know how, but it did.

    When in this hobbled operational mode, if I clicked a PDF file in explorer, or an attachment in my email reader, Acroread would simply not start up at all. I'm sure the executable began momentarily because I could see a little spinner appear momentarily, but nothing appears on screen. No splash…

  14. flipping effect/ animation while reading

    Scrolling or viewing pages should also have an option of viewing with a flipping animation. Many pdfs are huge files to read and an animation effect like this would make the reading experience more natural and smooth.

  15. Dismissing Notifications

    Once signed in to adobe creative cloud and viewing notifications through clicking on the bell symbol - you are only able to dismiss certain notifications. For example you are unable to dismiss or delete notifications regarding the deactivation of fonts from font pack resulting in a long backlog of notifications you can't get rid of.

  16. Making removing of an open pdf-file more convenient

    Hi, I have a question about Acrobat Reader, wenn I have an open pdf-file and want to remove it form the folder on my computer, I get the message that removing is not possible because the file is opened. Would it be possible to add an option "Close and remove". This happens to me a lot during my working day and this solution would be very convenient for me.

  18. Improve support for read-aloud

    I find read-aloud a a very useful feature as it allows use of an additional sense of hearing for absorb the content of a document. I suggest following features
    1. Configuration to ignore figures, listing and side bars
    2. Support for other languages. As of now my version of Acrobat reader can not read Hindi (Indian language).

  19. Error when fax with "sharp mx-m266n fax"

    When faxing a 2 page pdf.
    When "Print" > select printer "sharp mx-m266n fax", it shows correct at abode preview. But at the preview of the fax driver, both page shows the content of page 1. And the receiver of the fax receives 2 copies of page1.

    Tested normal on Chrome and PDF Architect 7. However, also failed on some other PDF readers.

    Please advise.

  20. ctrl + del and ctrl + backspace on fillable forms do the same thing

    When filling in boxes on a pdf, ctrl+del and ctrl+backspace do the same thing. Ctrl+backspace should delete the previous word, but it deletes the next word instead. In other places, ctrl+backspace functions properly.
