  3. Steps to reproduce the issue :
Happens in certain documents, not sure why.

    Environment:
    Adobe Acrobat Pro DC 22.001.20169

    Expected result
If the document has 33 comments, I expect to see them all on opening, in the comments panel.

    Observed result
On opening, only a fraction of comments is listed. E.g.: 3 comments (although the document has 33 comments instead).

If I scroll down through all pages, the missing comments gradually appear, and the number of comments (on top of the comments panel) gets updated accordingly, while scrolling down.

The comments' status doesn't seem to make a difference (whether they…

  4. Blocks of text aren't rendering correctly in Chrome or Edge (it works in Mozilla). These are files that have been saved as PDF from Illustrator or Indesign. The text renders correctly in the PDF desktop application, but isn't working properly in browser readers.

  5. In today’s world, it’s vital for businesses to enable remote work for their teams but, for many, simply buying additional hardware outside of a desktop PC isn’t possible.
It may sound complicated, but setting up a Windows 10 Virtual Desktop in Azure can enable your employees to continue working, as if on their office desktop, on any device. Removing the need for additional business hardware, a Windows Virtual Desktop empowers you to provide a secure, productive experience in a changing world

  6. when a user selects the line, then some options appears, from them one is highlighting feature, when i click that button selected line selected line converts to highlighted line but but but when i hover a mouse over highlighted button nothing appears. My suggestion is that when i hover mouse over the highlighting button , colour selecting option should appear, so i can change highlighting color at the time of selection.

  9. As explained in this post (https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat-reader-discussions/get-rid-of-7-day-trial-after-rotate-from-context-menu-within-plug-in/m-p/12897117#M90403), we'd like to get rid of the pop up when a user clicks on the rotate buttons in the context menu.
In the base Adobe Reader it is possible to use other menu's, but when another piece of software uses the plug in, these menu's aren't available and users are left with either the rotate buttons which generate the pop up, or the only option Rotate to the right.
Please let the rotate buttons in the context menu act without the advert for the 7-day trial.
    TIA!

  10. Dear Adobe support Team. Is rather BUG not Idea.Unfortunately, I noticed that the current 64-bit version of Actrobat Reader doen't handle 3D pdf with animation properly. Previously used versions (like eg. 2015.007.2033) handled these files without any problem. Any suggestions from Adobe or should I look for alternative solutions and resign from promoting solutions based on PDF like eg.HTML for 3D?

  11. Look, I get it. Reader DC is a free product Adobe would love to sell paid products/services. That's absolutely fine. But placing a toolbar button that suggests a basic feature such as rotate view may require the paid version/subscription is disingenuous at best. Seems a bit deceptive when it gets down to it. Not a fan Adobe!

  12. Currently when you open Reader for Windows it prompts you to sign in, even if the PDF you opened has no interactive elements. The only workaround for this - and this unneeded and unrequested sign-in pop-up is much complained about on Adobe forums - is a complicated Windows registry edit.

It would be better if users could control whether or not this sign-in prompt with a preferences setting. Alternately, this pop-up could be made to fire only when a user is trying to accomplish something (e.g. signing) that actually requires them to login. Both of these solutions are better than…

  13. Many times, I am confronted with a text string that needs a search (I generally use Google) and from within Acrobat I must select and copy the text, then go to the browser and search. I know it sounds fundamentally lazy...but these steps if repeated over and over take time. From the Chrome browser, we can select and then right-click text and "Search in Google" is an option. Acrobat is a much richer environment for working with the PDF but then the constant charade (for instance in a legal document with citations) of select, copy, open the browser, open or…

  14. I use Adobe Acrobat DC 64 Bit to sign documents digitally. When I open a previously signed document, and use the document's bookmarks before signing the document myself, all previous signatures are shown to be invalid after signing and saving the PDF. Looks like using bookmarks is handled as document modification, although it is just normal usage.

  15. When I launch READER, which is FREE, I get a Login dialog box that CANT BE CLOSED. There is no Cancel, no Exit, no other button to click that lets me exit the dialog box. The box will not close upon OS closure (clicking the X). The only way to exit is to Force Quit Reader.

  17. Steps to reproduce the issue:
    1) Open any PDF
    2) Choose the hand tool (or select tool) from the toolbar user interface
    3) Close the PDF (progam does not need to close)
    4) Open the PDF again
    5) Note which tool is now chosen (it is not the one you changed to)

    Environment: Windows 7
