  1. As a result of COVID, we are now forced to have virtual tribunal hearings and present testimony in PDF via screen sharing.

Witnesses often have to point out something in an exhibit - a sentence or paragraph or a point on a map and it is difficult for viewers to see the hand tool because it is too smaller to be easily visible and may not have sufficient contrast with document colors to stand out.

At in-person hearings, it was possible for a witness to stand up a point with their hand to an item on the main display screen…

  3. Acorbat Reader DC displays pages with unsightly white borders, including down the middle of any matter spanning page spreads, such as photographs.

Also, I would like to be able to choose a custom background color, and hide all the toolbars, buttons, tabs and whatnot.

  4. I have multiple pdf tabs that I have open and edit. It would be more efficient to be able to save them all at once instead of going through each tab and saving them individually.

  5. When using 'Save As' for PDF's = previous versions of Adobe defaulted to the last save location, now it defaults to the main library every time and I have to do multiple "clicks" to save it to the file or folder that I want. If I am saving multiple pdf's to the same location at one time - this would save time. I don't want to 'pin' folder, as I may save to a different folder for another group of PDFs.

  6. I’m still baffled that the default scrolling for pages in Adobe Reader has the reader smoothly scrolling down the page, bringing the text up to eye level (no one reads down a page any more unless it’s a physical book) only to have it jump to the top of the next page as soon as the bottom of the page is in view on the screen. This results in interrupted reading and endless and annoying backwards scrolling to get back to where the reader was. I know this can be changed in the settings, but why isn’t it the default?…

  8. Just wanted to report a "problem"? When searching through a LONG document (over
12000 pages), Reader DC gets confused and instead searches for just the first word in a search string (with multiple
words). Once you start the search, it will hang up and eventually return when it finds the first word in the entered search
string. If you then reposition back to the start of the document, you can then search for your entered multi-word search
    string and successfully find it.

After a while enable above setting, thumbnails of desktop icons become black squares.

  11. First of the all it's not an IDEA it's a bug. As of the latest version (20.12.20048) Arabic RTL is broken; Even though letters are coming in the right order, they are disconnected. For Hebrew it should be okay since Hebrew letters are not connected.

  13. Using the latest version of Adobe Reader DC, it seems to be impossible to enter non-English text (in my case, Hebrew) when filling a form. This feature used to work on previous versions of Reader DC (although with RTL issues for hebrew). Copying and pasting does not help either.

Steps to reproduce: Open a form. Start typing in Hebrew.
    Expected result: Hebrew text appears.
Observed result: No text appears, cursor does not advance.

Environment: Adobe Acrobat Reader DC 2020.012.20048 on Windows 10 Pro 64-bit, English and Hebrew keyboards available.

  15. Make it easier to switch between accounts. It's such a pain in the booty and it's very frustrating I'm trying to change from my school subscription to my personal account. it feels like ten minutes and it should be about 30 seconds. They should make it easier similar to Instagram Hold a button and tap. Hope you agree and vote. Bye

  16. When user tried to share pdf file from Adobe Reader(right hand upper corner) with share button via Outlook, it opens a new email. Until that email is sent, user is not able to access other Outlook windows open.

Adobe engineering Team has requested to raise a request for this so they can work with Microsoft to enhance this behavior.

  17. The idea is to be able to change the position of the navigation pane from
the left side to the the right side of the screen.

This would be useful when making presentations and using the thumbnail view to advance pages forward instead of scrolling which can sometimes be difficult to control.

  18. Need to allow users to open PDFs directly in/from SharePoint, and digitally sign/save directly back to SharePoint. This would mimic other office document behavior. Without this feature, we will be forced to abandon Adobe PDFs for digital signature requirements. Requiring users to download, sign, and upload (vice just sign) does not cut it.

  19. Hi Team,

We are designing Dynamic Forms using adobe LiveCycle Designer which fetch the data from server - az18w1445 (where we have stored .xls files about users information).
To Fetch the data from the required server we used to access the site - http://ie3bvwitss347:8080/ReaderExtensions/Welcome?ap=1which is dependent on flash. Can't we access the adobe reader extension without flash. Do we have any aletrnative to fetch and automatically fill the the data into forms.
