We have provided a registry protected fix, some users confirmed that this worked for them.
Could you please try this at your end as well and let us know your feedback?
Kindly make sure you are on the latest DC build(20.012.20043) and then follow the steps from the attached word file: “Steps.docx”.Regards,

An error occurred while saving the comment An error occurred while saving the comment Ven commentedEvan, this is the same bug I reported last year, thanks for pointing it out. It's difficult to use just the right keywords to get this to show up in people's searches. You're absolutely right that it has to do with the speed with which you move the cursor away from the comment -- unlike any other program, in which Command+C instantly copies to the clipboard, in DC there is some inexplicable lag to complete the command that makes life miserable.

An error occurred while saving the comment Ven commentedAnything? Please? This is an ongoing nightmare. I have to use this workflow every day and the fact that text will not copy from a comment to the clipboard adds a huge time and frustration burden to my work and to my bottom line.
This bug was reproduced using screen share with tech support over a year ago, and I have seen nothing further about it since then.Ven shared this idea · -

For reference, my specs are OSX 10.13.3, Acrobat Pro DC 2018.011.20038, but this has been happening since DC came out.
