Please provide the following information. You can post a new idea or search for ideas already submitted.

For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  3. I can never get adobe sign to work... I am considering cancelling this auto renew b/c it works about 10% of the time for me.

    What is going on - is there an issue with my account that is preventing it from loading on the site? Since it is all over the web, and I have tried across multiple browsers (chrome, edge, firefox), I assume that the issue is on your side and potentially related to my account.

  4. Your software is absolutely NOT user friendly. It is so confusing to navigate, and there are no instructions. I have wasted so much time trying to navigate this, I am beyond frustrated.

  5. It doesn't do me any good to get a notification that says my document was signed unless the notification as some identifying information that tells me which document was signed. Is there a way to turn off these notifications? They aren't useful to me.

    Hello,

    Thank you for your feedback. Yes, there is a way to turn off notifications. If you are still facing this problem please let us know and we will help you to turn it off.
    Also, usually, the email you get shows the agreement name which was signed.

  6. You can show how to edit text in a pdf document, showing changes in red. I can't find this option and am about to cancel my subscription - it shouldn't be this difficult!

  7. I wanted to send the recipe for Butternut squash on page 18 of the Sunday USA today - instead I got the entire 22 pages and it is a pain to get to the recipe as 1) you had to know the page and 2) if you did know the page, you couldn't fill it in in the down arrow box. It made you page and page and page. This is NOT useful for sharing.

    Thank you for the feedback. It sounds like you’re looking for a way to quickly find a page in a long document. We do have a thumbnail option on the far left side of window as you’re looking at the document. When you click that icon, you’ll see a list of thumbnails that you can scroll through. When you select one, your view will jump to show that page.

    Let us know if that meets the need you were describing.

    Are you using the Highlight tool from the Quick Tools in the top left corner or the Context Menu that appears after selecting the text?

  13. I can't copy text from a PDF all of a sudden. Irritating doesn't even begin to describe my feelings right now.

  15. There is no way to remove the ****** floating menu when opening a pdf. Get rid of that garbage and show where the preferences can be changed at.

  17. Hela upplägget är värdelöst.. är inloggad på vårat "adobe" men det fungerar inte att klicka på en PDF och få den öppnad, utan FÖRST öppnat programmet sedan skall jag leta efter filen... katastrof dåligt!
