Please provide the following information. You can post a new idea or search for ideas already submitted.

For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  1. I was editing a doc and now it says that the file is corrupted. Frustrating experience. I was hopping t0 buy the product but its good for nothing.

  3. I use the watermark feature 10-20 times a day and have an action that places my pre-set watermark for me on standard-sized documents. But when I need to watermark art that is bigger - say a banner or sign - i have another watermark pre-set. I've created a 2nd action for that.

    It would be nice to be able to change the color of the icon or number the icon or do something that differentiates the various action icons on the toolbar.

  7. Dere kan forbedre ved at det IKKE må ventes med å signere av andre enn første jeg skriver på. Dette gjelder i mitt liv i dette tilfelle og har derfor skrevet testamente. De andre er klare til å underskrive, men får ikke mulighet og jeg synes at når jeg betaler som uføretrygdet og privat person burde få såpass ut av de pengene jeg betaler inn.

  8. I have been trying to attach the audit report to documents returned by Fill and Sign. The instructions provided in help function are unclear. I tried the chat function to get clarification on some of the instructions, the response is infuriatingly slow and the responder/robot does not appear to be able to follow the conversation, and answer questions about information that it sent me in links.

  9. Is there a way to import comments added to the cloud version, so that I don't have to go from that to the InDesign version? I know this is the case for PDF, but can't see anything for cloud version.

    If you download a copy of a PDF file you’ve sent for review, you’ll receive a PDF file with all of the comments. You can then import those comments into InDesign using a new import feature. Here’s a video demonstration – https://youtu.be/89UemkTvOGs

  10. Trying to edit a PDF & 'Edit PDF' has been removed from the docket/dashboard. Everything else is still in place but edit, is there a way to get edit added back?

    Can you tell us what version of FireFox you’re using and whether you’re on Windows or Mac?

    Also try hovering over the item and checking the box to the left of the file icon. Then let us know if you can access the function you need from the pane that opens on the right.

  13. With the update to the e-sign functionality, it seems like you removed the "sign then send" function, where the initiator can immediately e-sign the document before it emails out to the next recipient. This was a nice option, and would be great if it could be added back. thanks.

    We are sorry you are experiencing trouble with the new feature .

    Regarding the Sign then send feature, despite it is indeed not explicitly present in current version of Acrobat Web, it is possible to sign the document before send it for signing to desired recipients by following this steps:

    1. Start Fill & Sign with desired document 
    2. On entering Fill & Sign you can add a sign from the left hand panel
    3. After doing this, you can click on the "Request E-Signatures" button to send this document for signing.

    We are triaging your issue and are gathering more information to understand the problem better. Meanwhile, you can switch to earlier version by following the steps below,

    Open the agreement draft experiencing the issue.

    On the left panel, scroll down and click "View more".

    Click the "Switch to legacy version" link.

    This will switch you to the earlier version…

    We understand you are encountering some trouble with the new feature in Request e-signatures. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. With Modernized experience, you now get simplified document authoring experience, leverage AI-assisted form field detection and ability to revise, organize & save document edits in-progress, add/ remove recipients during agreement creation step. Here’s more information.

    If you still prefer to use the earlier version you can revert back by following these steps:

    1.  Click on your profile icon.

    2.  Select "Settings".

    3.  In "E-signing settings", uncheck the box next to "Use the latest version of Request e-signatures".

    This change will only affect new created after making this adjustment. We appreciate your patience and cooperation in resolving this issue. If you have any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.
