For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  1. Please add a setting to DISABLE the addition of the "audit report" page on Adobe Sign documents. This should be easy to add, please add it!

    Hi,

    Thank you for your feedback. Do you mean the “audit report” included in the final copy of the Adobe Sign document emailed to you after it’s signed? Would you mind telling us the reason you’d like to have it disabled?

  2. Dere kan forbedre ved at det IKKE må ventes med å signere av andre enn første jeg skriver på. Dette gjelder i mitt liv i dette tilfelle og har derfor skrevet testamente. De andre er klare til å underskrive, men får ikke mulighet og jeg synes at når jeg betaler som uføretrygdet og privat person burde få såpass ut av de pengene jeg betaler inn.

  3. Is there a way to import comments added to the cloud version, so that I don't have to go from that to the InDesign version? I know this is the case for PDF, but can't see anything for cloud version.

    If you download a copy of a PDF file you’ve sent for review, you’ll receive a PDF file with all of the comments. You can then import those comments into InDesign using a new import feature. Here’s a video demonstration – https://youtu.be/89UemkTvOGs

  4. Recently a change was made that disallowed me to send multiple documents for signature to the same person at the same time. I now have to send them separately which takes three times as long to do. Please revert it to the way that it was.

    Hello Julia,

    We are sorry you are having trouble with the new update. You can revert to the previous version of Request signature by following this steps:

    1. Click on your profile
    2. Select Settings
    3. In E-signing settings, uncheck the box for "Use the latest version of Request e-signatures"
    4. Click Save and wait for the confirmation toast

    This will apply only to NEW drafts created after changing this setting, please let us know if this resolve the issue.

    Thank you for reaching out. Have you tried the "Open in Excel" feature after converting your PDF to Excel file format for better viewing experience?

  6. Although I appreciate that it is an option, the signing process pretty much sucks. Could you maybe try harder to make it even more user unfriendly??
    Examples:
    Being able to change the message that accompanies the request as you are specifying where to sign...
    Integration with Outlook address book?

    Hi Jimmy,

    You should be able to change the message accompanies the signature request before it’s sent out. There is a Back button in the right hand panel where you are specifying where to sign, which will take you back to the previous screen where you can change the message.

  8. Trying to edit a PDF & 'Edit PDF' has been removed from the docket/dashboard. Everything else is still in place but edit, is there a way to get edit added back?

    We are sorry you are experiencing trouble with this feature.

    Please check the email's spam folder to verify the agreements you are sending are not being forwarded there by mistake.

    If you are not able to find them, please double check if the agreement was sent with Sing in Order on. You can visualize this, following the next instructions:

    1. On the Main page click the "Documents" tab on the top left corner
    2. Click "In progress" under Agreements
    3. Find the agreement you want to do a follow up on, and click on it
    4. On the right hand panel that pops up, scroll all the way down
    5. You will find the "Recipients" section
    6. If the recipients are listed with numbers, an email will be sent to the next recipient only when the previous one has signed the document
    7. If they are not listed with numbers, there should be no problem on…
  10. Also related to the new e-sign interface, I don't see an option to cc a non-signatory administrative assistant who helps with tracking the progress and final filing of the signed documents. This has a significant negative impact on our business process and workflow.

  11. The updates made to the "Request E-Signatures" in Adobe Acrobat have made things a lot more difficult to use.

    I use a template form to send multiple documents for sign-off by up to 4 people at a time. Each person has their section to complete and sign.

    I used to be able to open one document, select "Request E-Signatures" and the "more options" would allow me to add more documents and add the template form I created online.

    I am no longer able to do this through the Adobe Acrobat desktop application but have to do a long-winded roundabout way…

    Thanks for asking, I'm glad to help, the following steps might help you to use Prefill role:

    • Open a file with Request Signature
    • On Recipient modal: Allow sequential signing by checking the box,
    • On Recipient modal: The very first recipient shouldn't be yourself, or the "account user", please enter a different recipient than yourself.
    • Prepare document as usual.
    • Prefill role should be enabled through Context Menu (Click the desired field on page > Change recipient > Prefill)
    • Review & Send

    If this information wasn't helpful, you can switch to earlier version by following the steps below,

    1. Open the agreement draft experiencing the issue.
    2. On the left panel, scroll down and click "View more".
    3. Click the "Switch to legacy version" link.

    This will switch you to the earlier version for this specific draft only. We appreciate your patience and cooperation in resolving this issue.

  16. I have been trying to attach the audit report to documents returned by Fill and Sign. The instructions provided in help function are unclear. I tried the chat function to get clarification on some of the instructions, the response is infuriatingly slow and the responder/robot does not appear to be able to follow the conversation, and answer questions about information that it sent me in links.

  17. You've ruined all my templates by deleting calculated values. I need that functionality and it makes absolutely no sense why you've removed it. Unless you bring it back, I'll need to look for a different e-sign solution. What the ****?
