Thank you for your feedback. Do you mean the “audit report” included in the final copy of the Adobe Sign document emailed to you after it’s signed? Would you mind telling us the reason you’d like to have it disabled?

Import comments from cloud review to InDesign
Is there a way to import comments added to the cloud version, so that I don't have to go from that to the InDesign version? I know this is the case for PDF, but can't see anything for cloud version.
4 votesIf you download a copy of a PDF file you’ve sent for review, you’ll receive a PDF file with all of the comments. You can then import those comments into InDesign using a new import feature. Here’s a video demonstration – https://youtu.be/89UemkTvOGs

Soooo user UNfriendly
Although I appreciate that it is an option, the signing process pretty much sucks. Could you maybe try harder to make it even more user unfriendly??
Examples:
Being able to change the message that accompanies the request as you are specifying where to sign...

You should be able to change the message accompanies the signature request before it’s sent out. There is a Back button in the right hand panel where you are specifying where to sign, which will take you back to the previous screen where you can change the message.

Edit PDF
Trying to edit a PDF & 'Edit PDF' has been removed from the docket/dashboard. Everything else is still in place but edit, is there a way to get edit added back?
3 votesIt looks like you posted this feedback from Document Cloud on the web. To edit a PDF file, you’ll need to download Acrobat which you can do from here – https://documentcloud.adobe.com/link/appcenter/.

Thank you for reaching out. Have you tried the "Open in Excel" feature after converting your PDF to Excel file format for better viewing experience?

Unable to attach audit report to fill and sign docs
I have been trying to attach the audit report to documents returned by Fill and Sign. The instructions provided in help function are unclear. I tried the chat function to get clarification on some of the instructions, the response is infuriatingly slow and the responder/robot does not appear to be able to follow the conversation, and answer questions about information that it sent me in links.

Adobe esign recipients receiving a copy of signed document
Is there anyway to change in the settings so that the final notification email with copy of PDF is not sent out to all of the signers once all signatures are received and filed?
In a nut shell, when final signature received, stop all recipients receiving a copy of the document.1 voteHi Michael,
Once the agreement is signed by all the signers, everyone gets a copy of the signed agreement.

Document not saving
An issue has been coming up very often, where the document never autosaves, and I cannot find a way to manually save. This means I must exit the pdf and restart my annotation, which is extremely frustrating. Please fix this.

Unresolved filter doesn't work
Resolved comments don't disappear like checkmarks do in unshared PDFs when you select the Unresolved filter option. I have to continually turn off and back on the Unresolved filter so I will only see those that I haven't completed. Please replace this with the checkmark box option.

Isn't this on cloud why did it not save any of my info?

Adobe Fill and Sign Mobile App to Cloud Sync corrupts filled form
Forms filled on the Adobe Fill and Sign Mobile App are botched when uploaded to the adobe cloud. Alignment, font szie all messed up.
Hours spent creating a template that can be editted in future is rendered into an illegible mess.

cant work on full document
There's no sidebar scroll so when you try to add or use pages to pdf, its not possible to work on the whole document. if you use the arrow key to scroll it deselects all the pages you want to change

1. to point cursor over the scrollbar area + hold down the left click mouse button + scroll?
2. Select pages by clicking on the checkboxes at the left top corner of the thumbnails. Using arrow keys should not unselect previous selection.

Why can't I access my plans or invoices for my account?

Thanks for reaching out to us and trying Acrobat web. Regarding your question, there is a way to check for invoice and your current plan. Please follow below steps:
1. Login to acrobat.adobe.com with your user
2. After you sign in, click on profile icon at your top right corner
3. Click on Adobe Account option below user name
4. You will be redirected to a web page where you can check your plans and invoice under "Plans and payment"
Please try this out and ket us know if this still solves the issue.

Confusing – frustrating
How can I share my saved document with my post it notes visible to the person I share it with

Thank you for contacting us. Please refer mentioned steps for sharing a document:
- Navigate to “Your Documents” section
- Select the file you want share. You will see “Share with Others” and “Get a Link” option in right hand pane :
- You can use any of the two options to share your file to others. Please check attached screenshot for possible options.
- Notes added to the file would be visible after sharing as well.
