  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  1. When sending multiple files, it is hard to sign them on the cellphone. The autofill option always makes it difficult and messes up all documents.
    Not every person is that good with devices, so for them to deactivate this option is difficult.
    It would be nice for Adobe to ignore this feature on devices such as cell phones, laptops and tablets.

  3. Removal of the option to send multiple forms for e-signature is a HUGE step backward and the only reason I was using this service to begin with. Bogging down everyone's emails with multiple requests is neither "easier" or "more effective." Combining files does not allow for multiple signature lines either so there isn't even an alternative to the old functionality of e-signing.

  4. With the latest update in format for putting together documents, I have noticed that signatures are not lining up where I assign them when someone signs the documents. I attached the last doc I have where this happened. The seller should have the signature above their name. Instead it is in the middle of the page.

  5. Please can we attach more than one template to an e-sign document! We used to be able to attach a few, whereas now I get an error message when I try to attach more that one. This will hugely influence whether our company can continue to use Adobe!

  6. My customers are confused by the button to complete signing the documents that we send them. They don't understand that in order to complete the signatures, they have to click or tap on the "Sign" button at the top of the page. I think it would be more simple to change the word on the "Sign" button to "Click to Complete Your Signature" or Click to Finish your Signature" or "Finish" or "Complete" and to move the button to the bottom of the document, which for most other e-sign services, is the most logical location.

  7. I'm guessing you recently in the last few days did an update to the E-Signature feature. In my opinion, you significantly broke the product. I have documents where I use "fields" to identify and quickly setup intent. Those no longer work. Here's an example: {{Siges:signer1:signature}}. This used to setup the field without my intervention. I also don't see the ability to
    manage the size / shape of the fields. I now have to drag each and BTW, it's not easy to put the mouse in the EXACT spot you want. I'm very dissatisfied.

    We are sorry you are having trouble with this feature and we appreciate your feedback. In Acrobat web you can go back to the previous version with the following steps:

    1. Click on your profile
    2. Select Settings
    3. In E-signing settings, uncheck the box for "Use the latest version of Request e-signatures"
    4. Click Save and wait for the confirmation toast

    This will apply only to NEW drafts created after changing this setting

La actualización en la solicitud de firmas electronicas tiene cambios que no ayudan en agilizar el proceso de envio a firma, Por el contrario genera mas demora, tengo dos temas especificos, en la selección de correos tengo que ingresar uno por uno y tengo que dar clic en la opcion agregar destinatario, en la versión anterior copiaba y pegaba la lista de correo y listo. el otro punto complicado esta en la seleccion de firmas para agregar los recuadros, tengo que desplegar una lista o agregar campos y luego darle clic para cambiar el destinatario, en la versión anterior solo…

  9. Our business uses Adobe predominately for the e-signing feature. When we first purchased the service it was relatively easy to use, smooth and no major issues. In the past two months Adobe has updated the entire e-signing product at least four times, meaning buttons are changed around for no reason, it takes re-learning the service every time.

    It used to be almost instant to send to our clients, it now takes upwards of ten minutes. It's slow and clunky. Constantly freezing and restarting. It takes sometimes up to an hour to update, meaning we cannot use the service in that…

  10. Whatever update you guys did is absolutely brutal. Took me over an hour to get 2 documents signed.

    I would like the old version and please do not make the new version mandatory.

    Old version worked perfectly fine. I am unable to go back to the old version even when I click it off in settings.

    Most of the time the document will not load up. Saying formatting of file is wrong when the document being uploaded is an adobe PDF. Make it make sense for me.

    Old version 100% and I know I am not the only one here.

    Hello Caden, 

    We are sorry that you are having trouble with the new update. Can you provide more information about this issue? For example if you are trying to see the old version in an already existing agreement draft with the new experience? Or if you are trying to create a new agreement and you don't get the old version after unchecking the setting? also, the steps you follow and any other information like the exact error you get when uploading the PDF will be really helpful for us.

  13. I have tried every solution to stop getting a link when I try and share a PDF (I want it to attach) and nothing works! It looks like all the issues are due to the document cloud but there is no obvious way to turn that terrible feature off!!! I have the boxes unchecked under preferences and I've changed the settings in my outlook under add ons. This is awful!

  15. Hi,
    I used to receive in my email the comments inserted in the different document for review, but now they seem to have disappeared, it would be handy to get them back.
    Additionally, for a brief momment I could see in Creative cloud a differnt view where it would specify how many pages out of each document had comments, which was also handy to get an overview of how many corrections we have to tackle, would it be possible for that view to come back, along with the comments in the emails

    To ensure that we are not inundating users with emails, we have established a daily limit on the number of emails a user will receive for a particular document.

    Regarding your feedback on displaying the number of pages with comments, we have received it and will be discussing it internally to determine how we can incorporate it into our future plans.

  17. I wanted to recover my last deleted file. It was a pdf of the book "Atomic Habits" by James Clear. I want my copy because I had highlighted content and comments in that file.

    Not having a recycle bin or trash is very inconvenient in my opinion.

  19. Why can I not do all this on my computer? I have to upload files to combine the download to my computer the upload to the Web Service Report. This is a rubbish product
