You broke the usefulness of your platform by no longer allowing multiple e-sign templates
You broke the ability to send multiple e-sign templates WITHOUT warning & in the middle of a month. We have used your platform in this manner for 5+ years.
This is insanely disruptive & a horrendous decision. You destroyed the flexibility of the platform.
How in the world is this a good business decision?
We will be moving to an alternative platform, good bye Adobe.

3. In "E-signing settings", uncheck the box next to "Use the latest version of Request e-signatures".This change will only affect new created after making this adjustment. No help platform to find
I have now 2 separate documents with each party's signature, and I can't figure out why I can't make a combined one with both signatures on it! I'm trying to find a way of contacting customer support for a half an hour now, but there is literally no platform to contact you for help! I hate this.

highlight user experience

please i would like 2 things
1. when i am reading, and highlight any text the right menu of "comments" automatically appears and the size of my width pdf is reduced, for the right menu, and for get again my desire previous size, i need close the right menu all the time.

Adobe Sign Interface Improvement Recommendations/Problems
The Adobe Acrobat e-sign desktop service does does not sign in and has a buggy and difficult to use user interface.
There are three major issues I've had with it:
Editing a document prior to sending is nearly impossible. Most documents probably follow this process: Get Template -> Adjust Template Fields to Specific Requirements -> Adjust name of file -> Add Signees -> Collect Signatures. For some reason adjusting templates prior to sending seems to be absent from this process. A template cannot be renamed, and specific fields are required to be filled by signees. Forms in Web App
I wish you would put higher priority to implementing full functionality regarding PDF forms. As a Linux user, the need for Acrobat Reader to fill PDF forms has been the only reason to still have a windows installation since years now, and I would really have hoped that with the advent of web apps there would be no need for this any longer soon. PLEASE implement form filling in the web app!

Redact in Online Editing
Please allow for PDF redaction in the online tool. It is the only tool I have to open the desktop app for but I don't always have access to a machine with the app.

Dreadful updates.
This new update to e-signature documents is absolutely horrendous. It now takes twice as long to send a simple pdf with 1 signature. When you want to send one document after another, it keeps loading in the previous document in error. There was nothing wrong with the previous software, it worked great, that's why we bought it. We will be moving away unless drastic changes are made.

Request e-signatures from secondary email
When sending documents for e-signatures, it would be nice to be able to send documents from email addresses other than the email my Adobe ID is with.
I run multiple businesses and don't want clients from Business B knowing my personal email or email for Business A.Many people these days have multiple email addresses.
It would also be nice to be able to edit the email subject line when requesting an e-signature on a document.

Electronic Signature Errors
For electronic signatures, it has an error 70% of the time. During the 30% of time where there is no error, it says the storage limit is exceeded. I just signed up and haven't used any documents.

Must be able to send out TWO templates (like before)
Why can't I send out two templates? I used to be able to do so. One is my contract. And, the second is the attached scope of services. And, the scope may change for different jobs. This makes no sense. Please fix this.

Can't find how to update my signature as a non-paying recipient of a sign request
When someone sends me a digital signature request, the signature that is going into it is wrong and I need to correct it, but it has somehow become associated with my account. I have spent the last 15 minutes trying to find a way to change it. This page promised to help me:

Text fields converted to single line.
Created a multi-line text field in Acrobat, but when sent out for eSignatures it always converts the text fields to single line of text. This is super annoying.

Cannot Add Attachments
The new adobe sign is not good. I can no longer figure out how to add attachments to the signature page.

Fault within the product
Please fix the serious problem of eSignatures feature not working. When I try to use the esign or signature tools to approve a document, Adobe Acrobat freezes up and stops working. I have to run task manager and forcefully close adobe acrobat.

speech to text, for commenting
Is there anyway to make it easier to dictate (speech to text feedback) within Adobe? I am trying to use the windows built in speech to text feature, but it does not work very well. thanks

Recipient Delay
Hello! My team recently noticed that the duration of the recipient receiving the document after we sent it out is significantly longer. Before this it was only about 5 minutes before they receive it in their email but for now, it could take more than 30 minutes. I'm wondering if it's a glitch that is being worked on right now? Fix your terrible new template system.
You have RUINED my perfectly working templates!
I had perfectly designed templates working exactly the way I needed them to, but your "New and Improved" system is super buggy and doesn't recognize who is assigned to what field and creates garbled text on the forms.

BAD Customer Service Experience
Competent help desk folks, please. I usually don't have issues with Acrobat, but I did today, which interrupted my business. I contacted you in hopes that you would care that I have issues, but you disconnected on me after typing in "Let me pull up your account"... that's awful customer service!
